When completing in the only expression of closure, use the return type
of the closure as the type context for the code-completion. However,
since code-completion may be on an incomplete input, we only use the
return type to improve the quality of the result, not to mark it
invalid, since (a) we may add another statement afterwards, or (b) if
the context type is Void it doesn't need to match the value.

The client usually cares about a subset of all expressions. A way to differentiate
them is by the protocols these expressions' types conform to. This patch allows
the request to add a list of protocol USRs so that the response only includes those
interested expressions that conform to any of the input protocols.
We also add a field to the response for each expression type to indicate the
conforming protocols names that were originally in the input list.
When an empty list of protocol USRs are given, we report all expressions' types
in the file like the old behavior.

There were 2 functions to output argument list. Consolidate them and
consistently use it from every call like production (i.e. function call,
constructor call, enum with associated values, subscript)
Instead of re-typechecking parsed expression, find typechecked
expression that corresponds to the parsed expression from the
typechecked decl context, because the sub expressions of the parsed
expression can be weirdly mutated/replaced by decl context typechecking.

This custom buffer encapsulates the memory layout details of the response
for the expression type request. From the client side, each expression type
is represented as a tuple of {expr_offset, expr_length, printed_type}.

This is a follow up to the discussion on #22740 to switch the host
libraries to use the `target_link_libraries` rather than the
`LINK_LIBRARIES` special handling. This allows the dependency to be
properly tracked by CMake and allows us to use the more modern syntax.

When completing elements for enum like this, the former shows `MyEnum`,
but the latter shows `(String) -> MyEnum`. This is inconsistent with
function call pattern which only shows the result type.

This is libIDE side implementation for collecting all type information in a source
file. When several expression share the same source range, we always report the
type of the outermost expression.

This is done by disallowing nodes with children to also have index or text payloads.
In some cases those payloads were not needed anyway, because the information can be derived later.
In other cases the fix was to insert an additional child node with the index/text payload.
Also, implement single or double children as "inline" children, which avoids needing a separate node vector for children.
All this reduces the needed size for node trees by over 2x.
