b7d17b25ba Rename -parse flag to -typecheck 
A parse-only option is needed for parse performance tracking and the
current option also includes semantic analysis.

fc9e4938e1 Suppress warnings for non-primary inputs 
Don't emit warnings if specified at the command line or when working
on a non-primary input file.
