301d9f0cf3 AST: Give destructors a second parameter list
Constructors and methods had two parameter lists, one for self and one
for the formal parameters. Destructors only had one parameter list,
which introduced an annoying corner case.

a2df485bf3 SIL Linker: Only link non-public functions in LinkNormal mode
LinkNormal mode is used by the mandatory pipeline. It only needs
to deserialize what is necessary for code generation, that is
functions with shared linkage that must be emitted into the client.

8c0f20987c SILOptimizer: Add 'mandatory SIL linker' pass
As a first step to getting mandatory inlining out of the business
of 'linking' (walking the function graph and deserializing all
referenced functions), add a new optimizer pass which links
everything in the mandatory pipeline.

For now this is mostly NFC, except it regresses an optimization
I made recently by linking in bodies of methods of deserialized
vtables eagerly. This will be addressed in upcoming patches.

f73699b7a9 SIL Linker: Don't link vtables in LinkNormal mode
Mandatory inlining performs devirtualization, which is able
to deserialize vtables on its own. And since class methods
cannot be @_transparent, we don't have to deserialize any
vtable entries unless we're in LinkAll mode, which indicates
we're running the performance pipeline.

1831b5471e SIL: Clean up 'early serialization' a bit
- Clear the 'serialized' flag on witness tables and vtables
after serialization, not just functions. This fixes SIL
verifier failures if post-serialization SIL is printed
  out and parsed back in.

- Clear the 'serialized' flag when deserializing functions,
witness tables and vtables in a module that has already
been serialized. This fixes SIL verifier failures if
we deserialize more declarations after serializing SIL.

We were seeing SIL verifier failures on bots that run the
tests with the stdlib built with non-standard flags.

Unfortunately I don't have a reduced test case that would
fail in PR testing without these fixes.

Fixes <rdar://problem/36682929>.

8fe8b89b0f SIL: Terminology change: [fragile] => [serialized]
Also, add a third [serializable] state for functions whose bodies we
*can* serialize, but only do so if they're referenced from another
serialized function.

This will be used for bodies synthesized for imported definitions,
such as init(rawValue:), etc, and various thunks, but for now this
change is NFC.

d59f90d70b Print list of uses for each SIL basic block argument.
SILPrinter was printing uses for all SIL values, except for SIL basic blocks arguments. Fill the gap and print uses for BB arguments as well. This makes reading and analyzing SIL easier.

Basic blocks may have multiple arguments, therefore print uses of each BB argument on separate lines - one line per BB argument.

The comment containing information about uses of a BB argument is printed on the line just above the basic block name, following the approach used for function_ref and other kinds of instructions, which have additional information printed on the line above the actual instruction.

The output now looks like:
// %0                                             // user: %3
// %1                                             // user: %9
bb0(%0 : $Int32, %1 : $UnsafeMutablePointer<UnsafeMutablePointer<Int8>>):

3b04d1b013 tests: reorganize tests so that they actually use the target platform
Most tests were using %swift or similar substitutions, which did not
include the target triple and SDK. The driver was defaulting to the
host OS. Thus, we could not run the tests when the standard library was
not built for OS X.

cac5807ae2 SILGen: Emit "main" as a SIL function.
Eliminate the intermediate top_level_code function. Now that SIL is expressive enough to express a "main" function, there's no reason for it, and this eliminates a bunch of mystery code in IRGen to thunk from main to top_level_code by reaching for hardcoded symbol names. Demystify the special code for setting up C_ARGC and C_ARGV by having SILGen look for a transparent "_didEnterMain" hook in the stdlib and emit a call to it.

5e894aa80f Reference deallocating constructors in the SILVtable to prevent dead function elimination.
Those destructors are not referenced anywhere else in the SIL, but are used in the metadata
of a class. If they are private then dead function elimination would remove them.

This fixes <rdar://problem/18431856> unreachable executed at GenDecl.cpp:808

b6818046a8 Eliminate optimization levels 0-3 in favor of -Onone/-O/-Ofast.
We were already effectively doing this everywhere /except/ when building
the standard library (which used -O2), so just use the model we want going
forward.
