53bfc767a3 SIL: Track target formal type for casts
SIL type lowering erases DynamicSelfType, so we generate
incorrect code when casting to DynamicSelfType. Fixing this
requires a fair amount of plumbing, but most of the
changes are mechanical.

Note that the textual SIL syntax for casts has changed
slightly; the target type is now a formal type without a '$',
not a SIL type.

Also, the unconditional_checked_cast_value and
checked_cast_value_br instructions now take the _source_
formal type as well, just like the *_addr forms they are
intended to replace.

426fe886dc [SR-8272] Drop the last remnants of LogicValue
Removes the _getBuiltinLogicValue intrinsic in favor of an open-coded
struct_extract in SIL. This removes Sema's last non-literal use of builtin
integer types and unblocks a bunch of cleanup.

This patch would be NFC, but it improves line information for conditional expression codegen.

0af0d5fddc [ownership] Replace ValueOwnershipKind::Trivial with ValueOwnershipKind::Any.
In a previous commit, I banned in the verifier any SILValue from producing
ValueOwnershipKind::Any in preparation for this.

This change arises out of discussions in between John, Andy, and I around
ValueOwnershipKind::Trivial. The specific realization was that this ownership
kind was an unnecessary conflation of the a type system idea (triviality) with
an ownership idea (@any, an ownership kind that is compatible with any other
ownership kind at value merge points and can only create). This caused the
ownership model to have to contort to handle the non-payloaded or trivial cases
of non-trivial enums. This is unnecessary if we just eliminate the any case and
in the verifier separately verify that trivial => @any (notice that we do not
verify that @any => trivial).

NOTE: This is technically an NFC intended change since I am just replacing
Trivial with Any. That is why if you look at the tests you will see that I
actually did not need to update anything except removing some @trivial ownership
since @any ownership is represented without writing @any in the parsed sil.

3e5165d1ab Change the compiler ABI of keypaths.
Previously, the stdlib provided:

- getters for AnyKeyPath and PartialKeyPath, which have remained;

- a getter for KeyPath, which still exists alongside a new read
  coroutine; and

- a pair of owned mutable addressors that provided modify-like behavior
  for WritableKeyPath and ReferenceWritableKeyPath, which have been
  replaced with modify coroutines and augmented with dedicated setters.

SILGen then uses the most efficient accessor available for the access
it's been asked to do: for example, if it's been asked to produce a
borrowed r-value, it uses the read accessor.

Providing a broad spectrum of accessor functions here seems acceptable
because the code-size hit is fixed-size: we don't need to generate
extra code per storage declaration to support more alternatives for
key paths.

Note that this is just the compiler ABI; the implementation is still
basically what it was. That means the implementation of the setters
and the read accessor is pretty far from optimal. But we can improve
the implementation later; we can't improve the ABI.

The coroutine accessors have to be implemented in C++ and used via
hand-rolled declarations in SILGen because it's not currently possible
to declare independent coroutine accessors in Swift.

c0285a744c Always use the l-value logic for emitting key path applications.
Not NFC because it also fixes an evaluation order bug (and reorders
some less-important stuff): the key-path expression needs to be
evaluated immediately during formal evaluation and cannot be delayed
until start-of-access.

I am going to leave in the infrastructure around this just in case. But there is
no reason to keep this in the tests themselves. I can always just revert this
and I don't think merge conflicts are likely due to previous work I did around

0abc9f471b [SILGen] Don't assume physical lvalue components are side effect free
When emitting an ignored expression, we try not perform a load of an lvalue if we can prove that loading has no observable side effects. Previously we based this on whether the components of the lvalue are physical, however some physical components (such as force unwrapping and key-paths) have side effects.

This commit introduces a new method to determine whether a component has side effects, and also adds an additional case to `emitIgnoredExpr` to avoid loading in cases where we have a force unwrap of an lvalue load (instead, if possible, try to emit the precondition using the lvalue address).

c9ba2bf485 SILGen: Drop '_unwrapped' intrinsics and use _diagnoseUnexpectedNilOptional.
Being generic, the '_unwrapped' intrinsics force trafficking through memory, and while they're transparent so always get inlined, we don't do memory promotion in -Onone. Emitting the branch inline lets loadable optionals stay values leading to better -Onone codegen. (It also lets us throw away a surprising amount of support code for these optional intrinsics.)

af0c7bd620 Initial implementation of SE-0054 "Abolish IUO Type" (#2322)
This is a squash of the following commits:

* [SE-0054] Import function pointer arg, return types, typedefs as optional

IUOs are only allowed on function decl arguments and return types, so
don't import typedefs or function pointer args or return types as IUO.

* [SE-0054] Only allow IUOs in function arg and result type.

When validating a TypeRepr, raise a diagnostic if an IUO is found
anywhere other thn the top level or as a function parameter or return
tpye.

* [SE-0054] Disable inference of IUOs by default

When considering a constraint of the form '$T1 is convertible to T!',
generate potential bindings 'T' and 'T?' for $T1, but not 'T!'. This
prevents variables without explicit type information from ending up with
IUO type. It also prevents implicit instantiation of functions and types
with IUO type arguments.

* [SE-0054] Remove the -disable-infer-iuos flag.

* Add nonnull annotations to ObjectiveCTests.h in benchmark suite.
