e977d4bd54 [index] Remove import.sourcefile kind from indexing 
We don't support importing source files in source code, and they only
showed up in the index under failure conditions.

7c45425718 [SourceKit] When indexing modules, report group names for symbols. 
We need this to support open-quickly for stdlib symbols.

0b0ea6f984 fix tests for FileCheck behaviour 
FileCheck does not support the combination negation.  These tests were incorrect
and silently passing rather than checking what they intended.

9418b32b2a [SourceKit] Don't forget to check for nullptr 
After 7400d484 we tried to walk into enum elements, but forgot to check
for missing types (which caused an assertion in getType) or element
decls (which caused an assertion or crash inside passReference).

3f635d04c7 Reinstante var bindings in refutable patterns, except function parameters.

This commit leaves 'var' on function parameters as a warning to be
merged into Swift 2.2. For Swift 3, this will be an error, to be
converted in a follow-up.

8f2fbdc93a Make function parameters and refutable patterns always immutable 
All refutable patterns and function parameters marked with 'var'
is now an error.

- Using explicit 'let' keyword on function parameters causes a warning.
- Don't suggest making function parameters mutable
- Remove uses in the standard library
- Update tests

8ff6a98a99 [sourcekit] Merge SourceKit into the Swift repo. 
The code goes into its own sub-tree under 'tools' but tests go under 'test',
so that running 'check-swift' will also run all the SourceKit tests.

SourceKit is disabled on non-darwin platforms.
