7e7b2c3557 [CodeCompletion] Annotate override completions
* "description" for override completion is now annotatable
* "description" doesn't include attributes and decl introducer, but it
includes generic paramters, effects specifiers, result type clause,
  and generic where clauses
* "name" now only include the name and the parameter names
* "sourcetext" should be the same

5004a5447b [Concurrency] Make "self" parameter of actor-isolated functions 'isolated'.
The notion of "actor-isolated" currently exists at the declaration level.
For functions, it is going to be captured in the function type itself,
where 'self' is declared to be 'isolated'. Model isolation both
ways: the 'self' of a method that is isolated to an actor instance
will be 'isolated' as well.

We are still using declaration-based checking of actor isolation.
However, by mirroring this information we can move more incrementally
over to doing checking based on 'isolated' parameters.

This was a source compatibility regression, someone actually had

b827298892 [CodeCompletion] Modifier related improvements in CompletionOverrideLookup
* If "required" or "convenience" is specified, emit only initializers
* If "final" or "open" is specified, don't emit initializers or typealias
* If "typealias" is specified, emit only associated type implementation
* Emit "override" or "required" modifier for initializers
* Emit access modifier for initializers
* Emit designated initializers even if "override" is specified
* Don't emit inheritance clause for associated type implentation

c8c41b385c Implement SE-0077: precedence group declarations.
What I've implemented here deviates from the current proposal text
in the following ways:

- I had to introduce a FunctionArrowPrecedence to capture the parsing
  of -> in expression contexts.

- I found it convenient to continue to model the assignment property
  explicitly.

- The comparison and casting operators have historically been
non-associative; I have chosen to preserve that, since I don't
think this proposal intended to change it.

- This uses the precedence group names and higherThan/lowerThan
  as agreed in discussion.

aee92ff612 SE-0025: Parsing and basic completion for 'fileprivate'. (#3391)
Right now 'fileprivate' is parsed as an alias for 'private' (or
perhaps vice versa, since the semantics of 'private' haven't changed
yet). This allows us to migrate code to 'fileprivate' without waiting
for the full implementation.

7a982d6b8e [sourcekit] When printing requests/responses make sure to escape the strings.
This makes it more clear what the response string contains, plus you can copy the
printed request directly for passing to sourcekitd_request_create_from_yaml.

a few validation tests appropriately (1 crasher fixed, two -verify
tests that needed updating).

2b2e9dc80e [SR-511][Parse] Add 'associatedtype' keyword and fixit
Adds an associatedtype keyword to the parser tokens, and accepts either
typealias or associatedtype to create an AssociatedTypeDecl, warning
that the former is deprecated. The ASTPrinter now emits associatedtype
for AssociatedTypeDecls.

Separated AssociatedType from TypeAlias as two different kinds of
CodeCompletionDeclKinds. This part probably doesn’t turn out to be
absolutely necessary currently, but it is nice cleanup from formerly
specifically glomming the two together.

And then many, many changes to tests. The actual new tests for the fixits
is at the end of Generics/associated_types.swift.

8ff6a98a99 [sourcekit] Merge SourceKit into the Swift repo.

so that running 'check-swift' will also run all the SourceKit tests.

SourceKit is disabled on non-darwin platforms.
