Saleem Abdulrasool	b4960195c1	build: support aliases for TARGET_SDKS ... Introduce two new aliasees `ALL_POSIX_PLATFORMS` and `ALL_APPLE_PLATFORMS`. David Farler	e1eca69d1a	Ensure swiftReflection is always built for the host ... swift-reflection-dump, a host-side tool, requires this library that normally builds for the configured platform.
