2b5a2ad84c Rework the integrated REPL to use separate modules for every line
...like LLDB does, instead of parsing into a single SourceFile.
This does break some functionality:

- no more :dump_ast
- no redeclaration checking, but no shadowing either---redeclarations
  just become ambiguous
- pretty much requires EnableAccessControl to be off, since we don't
walk decls to promote them to 'public'

...but it allows us to remove a bit of longstanding support for
type-checking / SILGen-ing / IRGen-ing only part of a SourceFile that
was only used by the integrated REPL.

...which, need I remind everyone, is still /deprecated/...but sometimes
convenient. So most of it still works.

740ddd8400 [SIL] Don't assume we always have an associated DeclContext. (#2730)
...in code that I wrote. The integrated REPL, deprecated though it may
be, does not have an associated DeclContext because its SourceFile is
not considered complete. (The proper LLDB REPL does not suffer from
this problem because they use a new SourceFile for every block of
input.)

Elsewhere, tighten up code that may have hit similar bugs, though we
haven't seen anything hit these yet.

773eadb9f2 IRGen/Runtime: Populate the runtime protocol conformance table with relative references.
By using relative references, either directly to symbols internal to the current TU, or to the GOT entry for external symbols, we avoid unnecessary runtime relocations, and we save space on 64-bit platforms, since a single image is still <2GB in size. For the 64-bit standard library, this trades 26KB of fake-const data in __DATA,__swift1_proto for 13KB of true-const data in __TEXT,__swift2_proto. Implements rdar://problem/22334380.

1eea220932 Use one module cache directory for all the lit tests to speed them up
Doing so is safe even though we have mock SDK. The include paths for
modules with the same name in the real and mock SDKs are different, and
the module files will be distinct (because they will have a different
hash).

This reduces test runtime on OS X by 30% and brings it under a minute on
a 16-core machine.

This also uncovered some problems with some tests -- even when run for
iOS configurations, some tests would still run with macosx triple. I
fixed the tests where I noticed this issue.

0a2593527e Add a target triple to all tests that use %sdk
These tests would assume OS X otherwise, and will fail because the SDK
is a non-OSX one.

81e13fb60d When autolinking in immediate mode, make sure we're checking private imports...
...since all imports are private by default, and we rely on "import Cocoa"
bringing in AppKit. (If you say "import AppKit" directly, you get an
immediate call to IRGenImportedModules, so everything works.)
