294977534c [libSyntax] Remove incremental JSON transfer option
We were only keeping track of `RawSyntax` node IDs to incrementally transfer a syntax tree via JSON. However, AFAICT the incremental JSON transfer option has been superceeded by `SyntaxParseActions`, which are more efficient.

So, let’s clean up and remove the `RawSyntax` node ID and JSON incremental transfer option.

In places that still need a notion of `RawSyntax` identity (like determining the reused syntax regions), use the `RawSyntax`’s pointer instead of the manually created ID.

In `incr_transfer_round_trip.py` always use the code path that uses the `SyntaxParseActions` and remove the transitional code that was still using the incremental JSON transfer but was never called.

3ea9bed415 [SourceKit/CursorInfo] Add constructor to call results
Cursor info for a constructor would previously give the cursor info for
the containing type only. It now also adds cursor info for the
constructor itself in a "secondary_symbols" field.

Refactor `passCursorInfoForDecl` to use a single allocator rather than
keeping track of positions in a buffer and assigning everything at the
end of the function.

Refactor the various available refactoring gathering functions to take a
SmallVectorImpl and to not copy strings where they don't need to.

388052b6ab [SymbolGraph][CursorInfo] Add option to SourceKit's CursorInfo request to include the SymbolGraph JSON
Adds a new 'key.retrieve_symbol_graph' option to the request. When set to 1 it
includes the JSON for a SymbolGraph containing a single node for the symbol at
the requested position.

This also extends the SymbolGraph library with a new entry point to get a graph
for a single symbol, and to additionally support type substitution to match the
existing CursorInfo behavior (e.g. so that when invoked on `first` in
`Array<Int>().first`, the type is given as `Int?` rather than `Element?`).

a1a891e47a [windows] Use the temporal directory for root of VFS tests.
The VFS tests were using Unix absolute paths, which does not play well
when Windows see them as relative to the current drive letter.

By using the temporal directory, both Windows and Unix can use the same
paths and avoid the problem.

Additionally, a couple of inputs have to be transformed into the native
path format, because sourcekitd-test compares the inputs as strings, and
they need to match exactly. So the source file and the name of the VFS
entries are transformed into native using the helper from LLVM support.

9bbe441160 [SourceKit] Change return value of functions in EditorConsumer to void

749a13a6fe [libSyntax] Remove the C++ SyntaxClassifier
The recommended way forward is to use the SyntaxClassifier on the Swift
side.

By removing the C++ SyntaxClassifier, we can also eliminate the
-force-libsyntax-based-processing option that was used to bootstrap
incremental parsing and would generate the syntax map from a syntax
tree.

39f919699d Attempt to fix non-deterministic failure in CursorInfo test
The problem appears to be that cursor info is using an unsound mechanism
(canUseASTWithSnapshots) to run without rebuilding the AST and this test
was triggering it unintentionally. By changing the order of the edits we
force cursor info to notice the tokens have changed only after the code
is semantically correct again. In real code this issue is rare and
solves itself the next time you invoke the cursor info.

68b829a065 [sourcekit] Do not dequeue AST consumers expecting newer snapshots
When adding to the AST consumer queue, keep track of the snapshots
expected and only run such AST consumers when a new enough AST is built.
Progress is ensured because we always run the AST consumer that
triggered the build.

This prevents cases where enqueuing a consumer during an AST build has
different behaviour than enqueuing it after the AST has finished.

4c172037e8 [libSyntax][SourceKit] Integrating libSyntax representation of a source file with several SourceKitd syntax requests (#14000)
The enhanced SourceKitd requests are EditorOpen and EdtiorReplaceText. In these two requests, the clients can specify a flag "key. enablesyntaxtree = 1" to get a serialize libSyntax tree with the response.

To help this integration, we added a function in SyntaxParsingContext to explicitly finalize the creation of a SourceFileSyntax to incorporate the fact that SourceKit needs the tree before its destroying the parser instance.

To test this integration, we diff the syntax tree serialized from the frontend action and the tree serialized from a SourceKitd response. They should be identical.

d13b1c719f [cursor-info] Add a way to opt out of automatic request cancellation
The OncePerASTToken machinery lets us automatically cancel "stale"
requests after a new one comes in. This avoid wasting time processing
requests that have been superceded, which is common for cursor-info, but
sometimes you really want to get results even later, so this commit adds
a way to opt out of the cancellation.

Incidentally, disable cancellation of name translation, which doesn't
really make sense and no one should be relying on that.

65668c9d82 Cache Code Completion results from PCH files
- Add CompilerInvocation::getPCHHash
This will be used when creating a unique filename for a persistent
  precompiled bridging header.

- Automatically generate and use a precompiled briding header
  When we're given both -import-objc-header and -pch-output-dir
  arguments, we will try to:
  - Validate what we think the PCH filename should be for the bridging
header, based on the Swift PCH hash and the clang module hash.
    - If we're successful, we'll just use it.
    - If it's out of date or something else is wrong, we'll try to
      emit it.
  - This gives us a single filename which we can `stat` to check for the
validity of our code completion cache, which is keyed off of module
name, module filename, and module file age.

- Cache code completion results from imported modules
If we just have a single .PCH file imported, we can use that file as
part of the key used to cache declarations in a module. Because
multiple files can contribute to the __ObjC module, we've always given
it the phony filename "<imports>", which never exists, so `stat`-ing it
always fails and we never cache declarations in it.

This is extremely problematic for projects with huge bridging headers.
In the case where we have a single PCH import, this can bring warm code
completion times down to about 500ms from over 2-3s, so it can provide a
  nice performance win for IDEs.

- Add a new test that performs two code-completion requests with a bridging header.
- Add some -pch-output-dir flags to existing SourceKit tests that import a bridging
  header.
