ad43a596bd [stdlib] Retire the old lazy subsystem...
...replacing it with the new, after passing API review!

* The lazy free function has become a property.

* Before we could extend protocols, we lacked a means for value types to
share implementations, and each new lazy algorithm had to be added to
each of up to four types: LazySequence, LazyForwardCollection,
  LazyBidirectionalCollection, and LazyRandomAccessCollection. These
generic adapters hid the usual algorithms by defining their own
versions that returned new lazy generic adapters. Now users can extend
just one of two protocols to do the same thing: LazySequenceType or
  LazyCollectionType.

* To avoid making the code duplication worse than it already was, the
generic adapters mentioned above were used to add the lazy generic
algorithms around simpler adapters such as MapSequence that just
provided the basic requirements of SequenceType by applying a
transformation to some base sequence, resulting in deeply nested
generic types as shown here. Now, MapSequence is an instance of
LazySequenceType (and is renamed LazyMapSequence), and thus transmits
  laziness to its algorithms automatically.

* Documentation comments have been rewritten.

* The .array property was retired

* various renamings

* A bunch of Gyb files were retired.

9abf32d521 [stdlibunittest] WIP uniformity/de-boilerplating
The way we pass and compose source locations, messages, etc. needs to be
brought under control before too many more tests get written. This is
the first step.

4d17bf0691 Remove SinkType and SinkOf
Remove these standard library types in favor of (T) -> () closures.

It was originally believed that generic optimizations would make these
types profitable, however:

350248dae5 Reorganize the directory structure under 'stdlib'
The standard library has grown significantly, and we need a new
directory structure that clearly reflects the role of the APIs, and
allows future growth.

See stdlib/{public,internal,private}/README.txt for more information.

581dc3c35d stdlib: split topic-focused modules out of StdlibUnittest
The new modules are:

* SwiftUnstable -- assorted additions to the core standard library
  (more algorithms etc.)

* SwiftUnstableDarwinExtras -- proposed additions to the Darwin overlay,
not yet reviewed by the Darwin team.

* SwiftUnstablePthreadExtras -- wrappers that make it possible to
use pthread in Swift (they work around the lack of block-based API in
pthread). In future these could be possibly folded into the Darwin
  overlay as well.

These APIs are useful without StdlibUnittest for writing automation
tools in Swift. Just like SwiftExperimental, none of these modules are
exposed to extrenal users.

Also, since these new modules can be compiled with -sil-serialize-all
(unlike StdlibUnittest, where we can't apply the flag because of
compiler bugs), standard library tests that need to run optimized code
(like AtomicInt.swift) are *much* faster now.

68dd563fbf <rdar://problem/18311362> TLF: Eliminate implicit bridging conversions
Require 'as' when converting from Objective-C type to native type (but
continue to allow implicit conversion from native to Objective-C). This
conversion constraint is called ExplicitConversion; all implicit
conversions are covered by the existing Conversion constraint. Update
standard library and tests to match.

1eea220932 Use one module cache directory for all the lit tests to speed them up
Doing so is safe even though we have mock SDK. The include paths for
modules with the same name in the real and mock SDKs are different, and
the module files will be distinct (because they will have a different
hash).

This reduces test runtime on OS X by 30% and brings it under a minute on
a 16-core machine.

This also uncovered some problems with some tests -- even when run for
iOS configurations, some tests would still run with macosx triple. I
fixed the tests where I noticed this issue.
