d28445c4b8 Make SILArgumentConvention a "method"-enum.
This means using a struct so we can put methods on the struct and using an
anonymous enum to create namespaced values. Specifically:

struct SILArgumentConvention {
  enum : uint8_t {
    Indirect_In,
    Indirect_In_Guaranteed,
    Indirect_Inout,
    Indirect_InoutAliasable,
    Indirect_Out,
    Direct_Owned,
    Direct_Unowned,
    Direct_Deallocating,
    Direct_Guaranteed,
  } Value;

  SILArgumentConvention(decltype(Value) NewValue)
      : Value(NewValue) {}

  operator decltype(Value)() const {
    return Value;
  }

  ParameterConvention getParameterConvention() const {
    switch (Value) {
    ...
    }
  }

  bool isIndirectConvention() const {
    ...
  }
};

This allows for:

1. Avoiding abstraction leakage via the enum type. If someone wants to use
decltype as well, I think that is enough work that the leakage is acceptable.
2. Still refer to enum cases like we are working with an enum class
(e.g. SILArgumentConvention::Direct_Owned).
3. Avoid using the anonymous type in function arguments due to an implicit
conversion.
4. And most importantly... *drum roll* add methods to our enums!

ef6462de47 [semantic-sil] Add the SILOwnershipUseVerifier behind the -enable-semantic-sil flag
This is the first verifier for SemanticSIL. The verifier is very simple and
verifies that given a SILValue V, V->getOwnershipKind() returns an ownership
kind compatible with all of V's user instructions.

This is implemented by adding a new method to SILInstruction:

    SILInstruction::verifyOperandOwnership()

This method creates an instance of the visitor OwnershipCompatibilityUseChecker
and then has the instance visit this.

The OwnershipCompatibilityUseChecker is a SILInstructionVisitor that for a given
instruction verifies that the given SILInstruction's operand SILValue's produce
ValueOwnershipKind that are compatible with the SILInstruction. The reason why
it is implemented as a visitor is to ensure that a warning is produced if a new
instruction is added and a method on the OwnershipCompatibleUseChecker isn't
added.

Keep in mind that this is just the first verifier and the full verifier (that
also verifies dataflow) is built on top of it. The reason why this separate API
to the use verifier is exposed is that exposing the checker enables us to place
an assert in SILBuilder to diagnose any places where SIL ownership is violated
immediately when the violation occurs allowing for an easy debugging experience
for compiler writers. This assert is a key tool that I am going to be using to
make SILGen conform to the SIL Ownership Model.

Again, this will be behind the -enable-semantic-sil flag, so normal development
will be unaffected by this change.

6213550239 [semantic-sil] Create copy_unowned_value.
This was in the first high level ARC instruction proposal, but I have not needed
it until now. The use case for this is to ahandle strong_retain_unowned (which
takes in an unowned value, asserts it is still alive, performs a strong_retain,
and returns the @owned value). This @owned value needs a destroy_value.

aac85cb93f SIL: Introduce a 'closure' convention for unapplied invocation functions.
We don't want the machine calling conventions for closure invocation functions to necessarily be tied to the convention for normal thin functions or methods. NFC yet; for now, 'closure' follows the same behavior as the 'method' convention, but as part of partial_apply simplification it will be a requirement that partial_apply takes a @convention(closure) function and a box and produces a @convention(thick) function from them.

3581173a61 SIL: add the self-parameter to the list of type-dependent operands if an instruction uses the dynamic-self type.
This establishes a real def-use relation from the self-parameter to any instruction which uses the dynamic-self type.
This is an addition to what was already done for opened archetypes.
The biggest part of this commit is to rename "OpenedArchetypeOperands" to "TypeDependentOperands" as this name is now more appropriate.

Other than that the change includes:
*) type-dependent operands are now printed after a SIL instruction in a comment as "type-defs:" (for debugging)
*) FuncationSignatureOpts doesn't need to explicitly check if a function doesn't bind dynamic self to remove a dead self metadata argument
*) the check if a function binds dynamic self (used in the inliner) is much simpler now
*) also collect type-dependent operands for ApplyInstBase::SubstCalleeType and not only in the substitution list
*) with this SILInstruction::mayHaveOpenedArchetypeOperands (used in CSE) is not needed anymore and removed
*) add type dependent operands to dynamic_method instruction

Regarding the generated code it should be a NFC.

6ff02a9fe2 AST/SIL: Add a new Never type, and a TypeBase::isNever() check
Mostly NFC, this is just plumbing for the next patch.
Note that isNever() returns true for any uninhabited
enum.

It should be generalized so that stuff like (Never, Int)
is also known to be uninhabited, or even to support
generic substitutions that yield uninhabited types,
but for now I really see no reason to go that far, and
the current check for an enum with no cases seems
perfectly adequate.

794d72e923 Track dependencies of SIL instructions on opened archetypes which they use
Till now there was no way in SIL to explicitly express a dependency of an instruction on any opened archetypes used by it. This was a cause of many errors and correctness issues. In many cases the code was moved around without taking into account these dependencies, which resulted in breaking the invariant that any uses of an opened archetype should be dominated by the definition of this archetype.

This patch does the following:
- Map opened archetypes to the instructions defining them, i.e. to open_existential instructions.
- Introduce a helper class SILOpenedArchetypesTracker for creating and maintaining such mappings.
- Introduce a helper class SILOpenedArchetypesState for providing a read-only API for looking up available opened archetypes.
- Each SIL instruction which uses an opened archetype as a type gets an additional opened archetype operand representing a dependency of the instruction on this archetype. These opened archetypes operands are an in-memory representation. They are not serialized. Instead, they are re-constructed when reading binary or textual SIL files.
- SILVerifier was extended to conduct more thorough checks related to the usage of opened archetypes.
