`getValue` -> `value`
`getValueOr` -> `value_or`
`hasValue` -> `has_value`
`map` -> `transform`
The old API will be deprecated in the rebranch.
To avoid merge conflicts, use the new API already in the main branch.

This invalidation kind is used when a compute-effects pass changes function effects.
Also, let optimization passes which don't change effects only invalidate the `FunctionBody` and not `Everything`.
We had two notions of canonical types, one is the structural property
where it doesn't contain sugared types, the other one where it does
not contain reducible type parameters with respect to a generic
signature.
Rename the second one to a 'reduced type'.
`DifferentiableFunctionInst` now stores result indices.
`SILAutoDiffIndices` now stores result indices instead of a source index.
`@differentiable` SIL function types may now have multiple differentiability
result indices and `@noDerivative` resutls.
`@differentiable` AST function types do not have `@noDerivative` results (yet),
so this functionality is not exposed to users.
Resolves TF-689 and TF-1256.
Infrastructural support for TF-983: supporting differentiation of `apply`
instructions with multiple active semantic results.
Differentiable activity analysis is a dataflow analysis which marks values in
a function as varied, useful, or active (both varied and useful).
Only active values need a derivative.
