c4695d5861 Use SILBuilderWithScope in the DefiniteInitialization pass
DefiniteInitialization used a running SILBuilder to insert all instructions and
didn't consistently set the scope to a meaningful value. This patch replaces all
uses of the running Builder with ad-hoc instances of SILBuilderWithScope which
should capture the intention of the code better.

77195823f2 [DI] sink injectActorHops() after processing destroys
While trying to reuse the liveness-points analysis originally in DI for
injecting actor hops for more general purposes, Pavel and I discovered
that the point at which we are injecting the hops might not have
fully-computed the liveness information.

That appears to be the case because we were computing the fully-initialized
points before having processed destroy/releases of TheMemory. While this
most likely had no influence on the actor hop injection, it does affect
what the outgoing AvailabilitySet contains for a block. In particular, for
this example:

```swift
struct X {
  init(cond: Bool) {
    var _storage: (name: String, age: Int)
    _storage.name = ""
    if cond {
      _storage.age = 30
    } else {
      _storage.age = 40
    }
  }
}
```

But because we are determine the full initialization points before processing
the destroy, the liveness analysis doesn't iterate to correctly determine the
out-availability of block 1 and 3 (corresponding to the then and else blocks
in the example above). Here's the debug output showing that issue:

```
*** Definite Init looking at:   %5 = mark_uninitialized [var] %4 : $*(name: String, age: Int) // users: %37, %12, %22, %32
Get liveness 0, #1 at   assign %11 to %13 : $*String                    // id: %14
Get liveness 1, #1 at   assign %21 to %23 : $*Int                       // id: %24
    Iteration 0
    Result: (yn)
Get liveness 1, #1 at   assign %31 to %33 : $*Int                       // id: %34
  Get liveness for block 3
    add block 2 to worklist
Get liveness 0, #2 at   destroy_addr %5 : $*(name: String, age: Int)    // id: %37
      Block 3 out: (yy)
    Iteration 1
      Block 1 out: (yy)
      Block 3 out: (yy)
    Result: (yy)
```

So, this patch basically just sinks the computation so it happens after, so that
we force the incremental liveness analysis to also consider the liveness at the
point of the destroy, but before having done any other transformations or modifications
to the CFG to handle a destroy of something partially initialized.

a4a5d32668 suppress notes from DI about @_compilerInitialized when reasonable
Since the only user of `@_compilerInitialized` is distributed
actors, I decided to make DI's diagnostics saying that such a
var was not initialized a second-tier note. If there is some other
var associated with the same Memory that is _not_ compiler initialized
AND is also _not_ initialized, then we suppress the suggestion to initialize
the @_compilerInitialized thing, because something else is problematic. Only
when there are @_compilerInitialized things that are still not initialized,
do we emit a note talking about that.

af683dc271 basic implementation of performing an init of the id after an assign of the actorSystem.
The resignID call within the initializer moved into DI, because an assignment to
the actorSystem, and thus initialization of the id, is no longer guaranteed to happen.
Thus, while we previously could model the resignation as a clean-up emitted on all
unwind paths in an initializer, now it's conditional, based on whether the id was
initialized. This is exactly what DI is designed to do, so we inject the resignation
call just before we call the identity's deinit.

13cbe0dd15 adding the @_compilerInitialized attribute
This attribute is designed for let-bound variables whose initializing
assignment is synthesized by the compiler. This assignment is
expected to happen at some point before DefiniteInitialization has
run, which is the pass that verifies whether the compiler truly
initialized the variable.

I generally expect that this will never be a user-facing feature, and
that the synthesized assignment happens in SILGen.

05e643ba04 [DI] Fixup alloc_box borrow scope ends.
After https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/40793, alloc_boxes all have
their lifetimes protected by a lexical borrow scope. In that PR, DI had
been updated to see through begin_borrow instructions from a project_box
to a mark_uninitialized. It did not, however, correct the end_borrow
instructions when destroy_values of mark_uninitializeds were replaced
with destroy_addrs of project_boxes. That is done here.

In a bit more detail, in the following context

    %box = alloc_box
    %mark_uninit = mark_uninitialized %box
    %lifetime = begin_borrow [lexical] %mark_uninit
    %proj_box = project_box %lifetime

When it is not statically known whether a field is initialized, we are
replacing the instruction

      // before
      destroy_value %mark_uninit
      // after

with the following diamond

      // before
      %initialized = load
      cond_br %initialized, yes, no

    yes:
      destroy_addr %proj_box
      br bottom

    no:
      br bottom

    bottom:
      dealloc_box %box
      br keep_going

    keep_going:
      // after

Doing so is problematic, though, because by SILGen construction the
destroy_value is always preceded by an end_borrow:

      end_borrow %lifetime
      destroy_value %mark_uninit

Previously, that end_borrow remained above the

      %initialized = load

instruction in the above. That was invalid because the the newly
introduced

      destroy_addr %proj_box

was a use of the borrow scope (%proj_box is a projection of the
begin_borrow) and consequently must be within the borrow scope.

Note also that it would not be sufficient to simply emit the diamond
before the end_borrow. The end_borrow must come before the destruction
of the value whose lifetime it is protecting (%box), and the diamond
contains the instruction to destroy that value (dealloc_box) in its
bottom block.

To resolve this issue, just move the end_borrow instruction from where
it was to before the dealloc box. (This is actually done by moving it to
the top of the diamond's "continue" block prior to the emission of that
dealloc_box instruction.)

4f28b87de9 basic implementation of flow-isolation for SE-327
Flow-isolation is a diagnostic SIL pass that finds
unsafe accesses to properties in initializers and
deinitializers that cannot gain isolation to otherwise
protect those accesses from concurrent modifications.
See SE-327 for more details about how and why it exists.

This commit includes changes and features like:

- The removal of the escaping-use restriction
- Flow-isolation that works properly with `defer` statements
- Flow-isolation with an emphasis on helpful diagnostics.

It also includes known issues like:

- Local / nonescaping functions are not analyzed by
  flow-isolation, despite it being technically possible.
  The main challenge in supporting it efficiently is that
  such functions do not have a single exit-point, like
  a `defer`. In particular, arbitrary functions can throw
  so there are points where nonisolation should _not_ flow
  out of the function at a call-site in the initializer, etc.

- The implementation of the flow-isolation pass is not
  particularly memory efficient; it relies on BitDataflow
  even though the particular flow problem is simple.
  So, a more efficient implementation would be specialized for
  this particular problem, etc.

There are also some changes to the Swift language itself: defer
will respect its context when deciding its property access kind.

Previously, a defer in an initializer would always access a stored
property through its accessor methods, instead of doing so directly
like its enclosing function might. This inconsistency is unfortunate,
so for Swift 6+ we make this consistent. For Swift 5, only a defer
in a function that is a member of the following kinds of types
will gain this consistency:

- an actor type
- any nominal type that is actor-isolated, excluding UnsafeGlobalActor.

These types are still rather new, so there is much less of a chance of
breaking expected behaviors around defer. In particular, the danger is
that users are relying on the behavior of defer triggering a property
observer within an init or deinit, when it would not be triggering it
without the defer.

d74299e68d [move-function] Add a new instruction called mark_unresolved_move_addr.
This instruction is similar to a copy_addr except that it marks a move of an
address that has to be checked. In order to keep the memory lifetime verifier
happy, the semantics before the checker runs are the mark_unresolved_move_addr is
equivalent to copy_addr [init] (not copy_addr [take][init]).

The use of this instruction is that Mandatory Inlining converts builtin "move"
to a mark_unresolved_move_addr when inlining the function "_move" (the only
place said builtin is invoked).

This is then run through a special checker (that is later in this PR) that
either proves that the mark_unresolved_move_addr can actually be a move in which
case it converts it to copy_addr [take][init] or if it can not be a move, emit
an error and convert the instruction to a copy_addr [init]. After this is done
for all instructions, we loop back through again and emit an error on any
mark_unresolved_move_addr that were not processed earlier allowing for us to
know that we have completeness.

NOTE: The move kills checker for addresses is going to run after Mandatory
Inlining, but before predictable memory opts and friends.

2d69bc8a39 respect nonisolated on an async actor initializer
Previously, we were ignoring the explicit `nonisolated`
attribute on an actor initializer. This only has a
noticable effect if the initializer is `async`: an actor
hop is being emitted even though isolation was explicitly
not requested.

While we internally treat the isolation of an unadorned
actor initializer as if it were `nonisolated`, if the
programmer explicitly requests it, then it should be honored
in an async init too. Thus, this patch tells definite initialization
to skip the insertion of the hop, instead treating a `nonisolated`
initializer as though it has the escaping-use restriction.

e54fa6c6db inject actorReady calls for async dist actor ctors
Immediately after the hop_to_executor in an async, distributed

This patch does not yet account for more complex cases. In particular,
we will need a mechanism to prevent multiple calls to actorReady,
which can happen if a loop appears in the init:

distributed actor Dactor {

Because `self` can be used unrestricted after it is
fully-initialized in an async actor init, we perform
a hop_to_executor(self) immediately after `self`
is fully-initialized on all paths within the
initializer.

If we did not, then code could race with the
initializer if it, e.g., spawns a task from
the initializer and mutates actor state that
the initializer then reads. By hopping to the
executor, we prevent that task from running
until _after_ the initializer completes.

f722ccdcdd restrict uses of 'self' in certain actor initializers
A uniqueness rule for 'self' is enforced throughout
the following types of actor initializers:

1. synchronous
2. global-actor isolated

This means that 'self' cannot be used for anything,
even after 'self' is fully initialized, other than
for access to stored properties. Method calls are
considered escaping uses of 'self', since it is passed
implicitly to the method of computed property when invoked.

Also, an actor's convenience init now treats self as
nonisolated.

This provides a way to perform follow-up work after
self is fully initialized, when creating the
actor from a synchronous context.

9055e93af9 SIL: some improvements/fixes around assign_by_wrapper
* Refactoring: replace "Destination" and the ownership qualifier by a single "Mode". This represents much better the mode how the instruction is to be lowered. NFC
* Make assign_by_wrapper printable and parseable.
* Fix lowering of the assign modes for indirect results of the init-closure: The indirect result was initialized and not assigned to. The fix is to insert a destroy_addr before calling the init closure. This fixes a memory lifetime error and/or a memory leak. Found by inspection.
* Fix an iterator-invalidation crash in RawSILInstLowering
* Add tests for lowering assign_by_wrapper.

c9c7619f53 DefiniteInitialization: use BasicBlockData instead of a map.
And reuse this block data for all memory objects which are analyzed.
This is more efficient and avoids memory allocations.
