Adds a new 'key.retrieve_symbol_graph' option to the request. When set to 1 it
includes the JSON for a SymbolGraph containing a single node for the symbol at
the requested position.
This also extends the SymbolGraph library with a new entry point to get a graph
for a single symbol, and to additionally support type substitution to match the
existing CursorInfo behavior (e.g. so that when invoked on `first` in
`Array<Int>().first`, the type is given as `Int?` rather than `Element?`).

This test was intended to catch a crash on invalid offset, but in rare
cases it was failing spuriously, because the error message depends on
non-deterministic behaviour. It's sufficient for this test that it
doesn't crash.

"Function builders" are being renamed to "result builders". Add the
corresponding `@resultBuilder` attribute, with `@_functionBuilder` as
an alias for it, Update test cases to use @resultBuilder.
We weren't printing memberwise inits, shorthand arguments (e.g. $0, $1), and
other implicit decls, so cursor info would give empty annotated decl and fully
annotated decl fields for them.

This restructures the indentation logic around producing a single IndentContext
for the line being indented. An IndentContext has:
- a ContextLoc, which points to a source location to indent relative to,
- a Kind, indicating whether we should align with that location exactly, or
with the start of the content on its containing line, and
- an IndentLevel with the relative number of levels to indent by.
It also improves the handling of:
- chained and nested parens, braces, square brackets and angle brackets, and
how those interact with the exact alignment of parameters, call arguments,
and tuple, array and dictionary elements.
- Indenting to the correct level after an incomplete expression, statement or
decl.

This adjusts the tests for the difference between line endings on
different platforms. Windows uses CRLF while most Unicies use LF. This
was exposed during the update to the new LLVM snapshot.
SwiftSourceInfo files provide source location information for decls coming from
loaded modules. For most IDE use cases it either has an undesirable impact on
performance with no benefit (code completion), results in stale locations being
used instead of more up-to-date indexer locations (cursor info), or has no
observable effect (live diagnostics, which are filtered to just those with a
location in the primary file).
For non-IDE clients of SourceKit though, cursor info providing declaration
locations for symbols from other modules is useful, so add a global
configuration option (and a new request to set it) to control whether
.swiftsourceinfo files are loaded or not based on use case (they are loaded by
default).
USRs generated for the index store and sourcekit requests for invalid decls are
best-effort – we don't need to guarantee they can be de- or re-mangled.
The VFS tests were using Unix absolute paths, which does not play well
when Windows see them as relative to the current drive letter.
By using the temporal directory, both Windows and Unix can use the same
paths and avoid the problem.
Additionally, a couple of inputs have to be transformed into the native
path format, because sourcekitd-test compares the inputs as strings, and
they need to match exactly. So the source file and the name of the VFS
entries are transformed into native using the helper from LLVM support.
Storing NULL here on failure is brittle and was only necessary when the
typechecker was leaking type variables in expressions. Now that we're
better about this, it's best to preserve the damaged AST.
