a1266393cd [frontend] Implemented support for verifying diagnostics with the integrated frontend.
Added a new DiagnosticOptions class to swiftBasic, and added a DiagnosticOptions member to CompilerInvocation.
Added a static ParseDiagnosticArgs function to parse diagnostic-related arguments.
Added -verify to FrontendOptions.td, and added support for parsing -verify in ParseDiagnosticArgs.
Updated frontend_main() to enable and trigger the DiagnosticVerifier when -verify is passed.

8f465324cf [frontend] Split target-related options out from ComplierInvocation into a new TargetOptions class.
Removed CompilerInvocation::TargetTriple and replaced it with CompilerInvocation::TargetOpts, a TargetOptions object.
Added a static ParseTargetArgs function to set up TargetOptions, and moved handling of -target into that function.

ed2038585f Initial set of changes to add a new 'swift_driver' executable.
- Added a couple of new targets:
  - libswiftDriver, which contains most of the driver implementation
  - swift_driver, which produces the actual executable

- Added centralized version information into libswiftBasic.

- Added a new "Driver Design & Internals" document, which currently describes
the high-level design of the Swift driver.

- Implemented an early version of the functionality of the driver, including
versions of the Parse, Pipeline, Bind, Translate, and Execute driver stages.
Parse, Pipeline, and Bind are largely implemented; Translate and Execute are
early placeholders. (Translate produces "swift_driver --version" and "ld -v"
commands, while Execute performs all subtasks sequentially, rather than in
  parallel.)

This is just the starting point for the Swift driver. Tests for the existing
behavior are forthcoming.

627488fe04 Add an option to the Demangler to not show the type of ivars when displaying their "field offset" symbols
iVars of a given type should be unique by name and so in certain cases, their types will not actually add information to a consumer of the demangled string
This mode is mostly useful for LLDB. When searching for a field offset by name in a generic scenario, the search can succeed or fail depending on whether archetypes are
obtained through the Demangler ("A","B","C") or through the module (which will vend proper archetype names when poked the right way)
This mode removes that ambiguity

0428eeaebf Introduce --debug-constraints-attempt=N to debug a specific constraint system.
The constraint solver statistics now tell us which of the constraint
systems we are solving were the largest. This lets us look at what the
solver does with that constraint system without piling on the
debugging spew.

a049ee9d38 SILGen: (Optionally) emit lazy initializers and accessor fns for globals.
For every global pattern binding, emit a lazy initializer token and function that initializes the global variables in that binding. For each of those vars, create an accessor that Builtin.once's the lazy initializer before producing the address. Hide this all behind a switch till the surrounding serialization and IRGen infrastructure catches up.

a1f123350f Enable NS_OPTIONS import by default.
Some work needs to be done on static member lookup and bitwise operations, but what's implemented now isn't a regression from what we have (except for an unfortunate case in Foundation.swift where we need to fully qualify a constant in a single-element NS_OPTIONS).

fdd858dd21 ClangImporter: Import NS_OPTIONS constants as static properties.
Apply the same prefix-chopping logic as for NS_ENUM to produce static property names to put inside the Swift type we create. For now, continue importing NS_OPTIONS as structs with a single integer field; in the short term it's easy to put a C-like interface over them this way.

16c5d69e17 ClangImporter: Recognize NS_ENUM declarations and import as Swift enums.
When we see an enum declaration in the Clang importer, look at its source location to see if it was produced as part of an NS_ENUM macro expansion. If so, take the 'Enum' route through the Clang importer and import it as a Swift enum. This will break things until we have end-to-end support for Clang-imported enums, so hide it behind an -import-ns-enum switch for now.

for caching code-completion results.

This checkin extends the Demangler to allow printing sugar on demangled types
Namely, it introduces a DemanglerOptions class with just one field SynthesizeSugarOnTypes which has the same functionality as PrintOptions::SynthesizeSugarOnTypes
This changes outputs like _TtGSqC5sugar7MyClass_ ---> swift.Optional<sugar.MyClass> into _TtGSqC5sugar7MyClass_ ---> sugar.MyClass?

By default this flag is false, so that existing clients of the Demangler API do not break

OTOH, the command-line tool swift-demangle flags sets the flag to true, unless the -no-sugar option is passed on the command-line

Test cases included

2ffd735255 SILGen: Peephole lvalue-to-lvalue initializations as copy_addrs.
If we're using emitExprInto to emit a LoadExpr, we can handle that by emitting a copy_addr from the underlying lvalue to the initialization instead of building and storing the rvalue, which plays better with the direction we're taking for value semantics optimizations.

This is currently guarded behind a flag -enable-silgen-lvalue-peepholes because it introduces a miscompile in the stdlib that crashes some tests; requires further investigation before making live.

6dbc1a8835 Add manglings for associated types.
This should allow declarations inside protocols to mangle successfully, which is needed by SourceKit to be able to use mangled names as unique decl identifiers. I'm also planning to use mangled protocol decls to name generic curry thunk symbols.

This only introduces a mangling for independent associated types. I think we will eventually want to mangle dependent associated types (such as T.AssocType for an archetype T : SomeProtocol) with a non-indexed mangling too, but this doesn't do that yet.
