tests: convert about 400 tests to the new mangling by using the -new-mangling-for-tests option
...
When the new mangling is enabled permanently, the option can be removed from the RUN command lines again.

Emit debug info for storage-less variables as constant 0 instead of undef.
...
LLVM drops debug intrinsics for undef values in SelectionDAG and FastISel.
Until this is fixed, emit a constant 0 to force the variable to be emitted.
