4f51f7535f [PrintAsObjC] Add '__attribute__((return))' for 'Never' return methods 
* Add 'SWIFT_NORETURN' macro to the prologue. This macro is evaluated to
  '__attribute__((noreturn))' where supported.
* Apply 'SWIFT_NORETURN' to 'isUninhabited()' methods.
