Add PrintForSIL in PrintOptions
1> for NameAliasType, we print getSinglyDesugaredType()
I attempted another option: set FullyQualifiedTypes of PrintOptions, but that
will print xxx.Type.xxx and Parser can’t handle it.
2> for Self, we print @sil_self
We also work around parsing:
sil_witness_table _CocoaArrayType: _CocoaArrayType
sil_vtable uses internal classes in stdlib, so we use lookupTopDecl instead
of lookupValue when parsing sil_vtable, to find internal classes.

Mechanically add "Type" to the end of any protocol names that don't end
in "Type," "ible," or "able." Also, drop "Type" from the end of any
associated type names, except for those of the *LiteralConvertible
protocols.
There are obvious improvements to make in some of these names, which can
be handled with separate commits.
Fixes <rdar://problem/17165920> Protocols `Integer` etc should get
uglier names.

Allow @sil_unowned and @sil_unmanaged types to be optional. The sema for 'unowned' is a bit of a mess, and I'm not sure how to fix that right away. This is necessary in order for the unmanaged writeback for an AutoreleasingUnsafePointer<NSError?> or similar to compile correctly.
