75a0c9f819 [CodeCompletion] Add 'IsSystem' flag to code completion result item 
'key.is_system: 1' is added if the associated declaration is from a
system module.

6f212634c8 Add getOperatorDecls to FileUnit and ModuleDecl 
Query the SourceLookupCache for the operator decls,
and use ModuleDecl::getOperatorDecls for both
frontend stats and to clean up some code
completion logic.

In addition, this commit switches getPrecedenceGroups
over to querying SourceLookupCache.

363ef63409 [Code completion] Split out tests that require Objective-C interop. 
A bunch of tests that technically require Objective-C interop were
not labeled as such, and worked in the absence of Objective-C interop
due to bugs in the type checker.
