03e0006a48 ModuleInterface: move -user-module-version to a new field
Titled as "// swift-module-flags-ignorable:", this new field contains new
frontend arguments that can be safely ignored by the older version of the compiler.
For compilers that don't know the field at all, all arguments in it are ignored.

02c41656be swift-api-extract to generate JSON API information
Add a new swift-frontend driver option that extract APIs in the swift
module and print in JSON format. This is to allow tooling to understand
and process swift APIs without the need to be a swift compiler or
understand swift module/AST.

251dbb9b8c [driver] Improve handling of supplementary outputs in createCompilerInvocation
Mark the relevant options in Options.td rather than hard-coding the
list in code, and handle a few more options suggested during the review.

e5456984f7 [ModuleInterfaces] Remove 'parseable' from command-line flags
Leave the old flag in as an alias to the new flag, for transition
purposes. Also go ahead and remove the long-deprecated and unused
`emit-interface-path`.

20cb3e3eb2 [driver] Add -working-directory option
Adds a -working-directory option which can be used to modify how
relative paths are resolved. It affects all other paths used in driver
options (controlled by a new ArgumentIsPath flag on options) as well as
the contents of output file maps and auxilliary file paths generated
implicitly by the compiler itself.

0de0d43773 Introduce a -modulewrap driver action that wraps a (merged) .swiftmodule
inside a swift ast section in an object file so it can be passed to the
linker. The driver automatically wraps merged swiftmodules iff the target
is ELF.

6e0df7d65e [Driver] Rebuild everything when command-line arguments change.
If certain command-line arguments change, the results of the last
compilation aren't reusable, i.e. we can't do an incremental build.
Do a full rebuild when we detect that this happens.

(Which command-line options? Conservatively assume all of them, /except/
those with the new DoesNotAffectIncrementalBuild flag in Options.td.)

465eeb9d17 Moved everything in swift/Option/Options.h into the swift namespace (from swift::driver).
The options themselves are now in swift::options (from swift::driver::options).
The soon-to-be-renamed createDriverOptTable() is now directly in the swift namespace.

2d6c9e9062 Moved Swift's option table from swiftDriver into a new swiftOption library.
This allows swiftFrontend to drop its dependency on swiftDriver, and could
someday allow us to move the integrated frontend's option parsing out of
swiftFrontend (which would allow other tools which use swiftFrontend to
exclude the option table entirely).
