e5f8557e52 Map Clang's 'deprecated' attribute to @availability(*, deprecated).
Previously, we were importing Clang's 'deprecated' attribute in as
@availability(*, unavailable), based on the idea things that were
unconditionally deprecated in Objective-C shouldn't even be accessible
in Swift. (We were motivated by 'tmpnam', among others). However, this
plays havoc with mixed Objective-C/Swift projects, because the
Objective-C 'deprecated' attribute was useless as a mechanism for
making internal changes in the project. We have Clang's
__attribute__((availability(swift, unavailable))) to make an API
unavailable in Swift, so the deprecated -> unavailable mapping here no
longer makes sense.

Fixes rdar://problem/18934173.

182ef27f95 [ClangImporter] Handle __attribute__((availability(swift, unavailable))).
This is the new and improved version of
__attribute__((annotate("swift1_unavailable"))), with the "improved" being
specifically that the 'availability' attribute supports a message.

This requires a corresponding Clang commit.

f43843f25c tests: use the new substitution for the mock SDK
This is required to correctly use the mock SDK when the SDK overlay is
built and tested separately. (Otherwise, the mock SDK might not get
used, because the overlay SDK options would expand from the
%-substitution, appear first on the command line, and shadow the mock
SDK in the search path).

3b04d1b013 tests: reorganize tests so that they actually use the target platform
Most tests were using %swift or similar substitutions, which did not
include the target triple and SDK. The driver was defaulting to the
host OS. Thus, we could not run the tests when the standard library was
not built for OS X.

1eea220932 Use one module cache directory for all the lit tests to speed them up
Doing so is safe even though we have mock SDK. The include paths for
modules with the same name in the real and mock SDKs are different, and
the module files will be distinct (because they will have a different
hash).

This reduces test runtime on OS X by 30% and brings it under a minute on
a 16-core machine.

This also uncovered some problems with some tests -- even when run for
iOS configurations, some tests would still run with macosx triple. I
fixed the tests where I noticed this issue.

a6c5547c81 [ClangImporter] When importing attributes for a class, use the @interface.
i.e. don't look for attributes on an @class somewhere.

Also do this for tag decls, whose attributes propagate forwards until there's
a definition.

46b8a977c6 ClangImporter: Import pointers as *UnsafePointer with pointer conversions enabled.
Train the ClangImporter to use the normal pointer types when pointer conversions are enabled. This exposes some type checker issues with the implicit conversions from void pointers to arrays of literals.

f338c9f9bf Extend ObjC methods whitelist to support adding an "unavailable" attribute.
Use this for -class and +class, to make them less ad hoc. More to follow.

As part of this, actually mark imported unavailable declarations in a
protocol as "optional", because nobody should have to implement an
unavailable declaration.

80df698ccc Teach ClangImporter to import __attribute__((unavailable)) as @availability(*,unavailable).
This is a direct translation which happens when a Clang declaration
gets translated to a Swift declaration. This changed, coupled
with the current @availability checking (which is still limited)
now prohibits cases such as using 'NSDeallocateObject()' or
'- (BOOL) allowsWeakReference' from Swift.

Interestingly, it doesn't catch uses of -retain/-release yet, because
those methods are marked unavailable in the NSObject *protocol*.
While the attributes are being mapped over, the @availability
checking needs to be enhanced to replicate more of what Clang does
for this case.
