Joe Groff	419ba5cbea	Change RawRepresentable to use failable initializers and property requirements. ... Redefine the RawRepresentable protocol to use an 'init?' method instead of 'fromRaw(Raw)', and a 'raw' get-only property instead of 'toRaw()'.
