dd8c715aa6 [IRGen] Add flags to control LLVM verify-each.
Analogous to -sil-verify-all, the new flags cause LLVM verification to
be run after each LLVM optimization pass.

dc2fe53089 AST: Rename a couple of AvailabilityConstraint::Reason cases.
Choose names that don't imply availability is versioned, since custom
availability will support domains that are version-less (they are simply
available or unavailable).

45cac09728 Fix TransitiveAddressWalker with mark_dependence
This utility was simply ignoring the dependent value. But the
dependent value logically uses the base address. Until this is
correctly implemented, conservatively consider it a pointer-escape.

3b9ca2f397 AST: Consolidate availability version remapping.
Introduce `SemanticAvailableAttr` conveniences to compute the deprecated and
obsoleted ranges for an attribute and ensure they remap versions when needed.

6a4d1a41c4 Prohibit isolated conformances with Sendable(Metatype) constraints
Within the constraint system, introduce a new kind of conformance constraint,
a "nonisolated conforms-to" constraint, which can only be satisfied by
nonisolated conformances. Introduce this constraint instead of the normal
conforms-to constraint whenever the subject type is a type parameter that
has either a `Sendable` or `SendableMetatype` constraint, i.e., when the type
or its values can escape the current isolation domain.

d1f1b4c86b [CoroutineAccessors] Use swiftcorocc if available.
When it's available, use an open-coded allocator function that returns
an alloca without popping if the allocator is nullptr and otherwise
calls swift_coro_alloc. When it's not available, use the malloc
allocator in the synchronous context.

0555764bb4 [Dependency Scanning] Refine cross-import overlay detection algorithm
The algorithm already performs pairwise checks on module dependencies brought into compilation per-source-file. Previously, the algorithm considered the entire sub-graph of a given source file. Actual source compiles do not consider the full transitive module dependency set for cross-import-overlay lookup, but rather only directly-imported modules in a given source file, and '@_exported import' Swift transitive dependencies.

This change adds tracking of whether a given import statement is 'exported' to the dependency scanner and then refines the cross-import overlay lookup logic to only consider transitive modules that are exported by directly-imported dependencies.

270ddf6bf4 [IRGen] Emit a pointer from nominal type descriptor to concrete metadata.
This allows external tools to locate the metadata pointer without needing to call the accessor function.

This is only useful for non-generic types, so we borrow the HasCanonicalMetadataPrespecializations flag to indicate the presence of this pointer on non-generic types, and it continues to indicate the presence of prespecializations for generic types.

Only emit this pointer for internal/private types with no runtime initialization. Public type metadata can be found with the symbol, and it's not useful for types that require runtime initialization.

541757a491 AST: Remove TypeBase::isOpenedExistential()
At one point, OpenedArchetypeType did not exist as a separate subclass

equivalent to calling is<> or isa<>.

I also removed a couple of asserts that were obvious no-ops as a result.

b0afd07e14 AST/Parse: Always delay AvailabilityDomain lookup to type-checking.
This will unblock parsing and type-checking availability queries that specify
custom availability domains, e.g.:

```
if #available(CustomDomain) {
  // Use declarations protected by @available(CustomDomain)
}
```
