6d7b11c8eb [stdlib] Cleanup usage of Builtin.castToNativeObject(...).
Previously often times when casting a value, we would just pass along the
cleanup of the uncasted value. With semantic SIL this is no longer correct since
the cleanup now needs to be on the cast result.

This caused problems for certain usages of Builtin.castToNativeObject(...) by
the stdlib. Specifically, the stdlib was using this on AnyObject values that
were not necessarily native. Since we were recreating the cleanup on the native
value, a swift native release was being used =><=.

In this commit I solve this problem by:

1. Adding an assert in Builtin.castToNativeObject(...) that ensures that any value
passed to Builtin.castToNativeObject() is known conservatively to use swift
native reference counting.

2. I changed all uses where we do not have a precondition of a native ref
counting type to use Builtin.castToUnknownObject(...).

3. I added a new Builtin called Builtin.unsafeCastToNativeObject(...) that does
not have the compile time check. I used this to rewrite callsites in the stdlib
where we know via preconditions that an AnyObject will dynamically always be
native.

0b75ee975e Remove "illegal" UnsafePointer casts from the stdlib.
Update for SE-0107: UnsafeRawPointer

This adds a "mutating" initialize to UnsafePointer to make
Immutable -> Mutable conversions explicit.

These are quick fixes to stdlib, overlays, and test cases that are necessary
in order to remove arbitrary UnsafePointer conversions.

Many cases can be expressed better up by reworking the surrounding
code, but we first need a working starting point.

39389b9c09 [SE-0125] Remove isUniquelyReferenced and the NonObjectiveCBase class
We can express the same using the `isUniquelyReferencedNonObjC` API.

- Cleanup `ManagedBufferPointer` by removing holdsUniqueOrPinnedReference` and
  renaming `holdsUniqueReference` to `isUniqueReference`.
- No longer promise to return false from `isKnownUniquelyReferenced` for @objc
  class instances.

5bc23acf75 Add wrappers around Builtin.isUnique.
Currently they do nothing but allow stdlib code to use regular (Bool)
types. However, soon the wrappers for the _native variants will
provide point-of-use sanity checking.

These need to be fully generic to support class protocols and
single-payload enums (not just for optional). It also avoids a massive
amount of overloading for all the reference type variations
(AnyObject, Native, Unknown, Bridge) x 2 for optional versions of
each.

Because the wrapper is generic, type checking had to be deferred until
IRGen. Generating code for the wrapper itself will result in an
IRGen-time type error. They need to be transparent anyway for proper
diagnostics, but also must be internal.

Note that the similar external API type checks ok because it
forces conformance to AnyObject.

The sanity checks are disabled because our current facilities for
unsafe type casting are incomplete and unsound. SILCombine can
remove UnsafeMutablePointer and RawPointer casts by assuming layout
compatibility. IRGen will later discover layout incompatibility and
generate a trap.

I'll send out a proposal for improving the casting situation so we can
get the sanity checks back.

09db0dda92 Add wrappers around Builtin.isUnique.
The wrappers for the _native variants provide point-of-use sanity checking.
They also allows stdlib code to use regular (Bool) types.

Because the wrapper is generic, type checking had to be deferred until

The external API passes type checks because it forces conformance to AnyObject.

793b3326af Implement the new rules for argument label defaults.
The rule changes are as follows:
  * All functions (introduced with the 'func' keyword) have argument
labels for arguments beyond the first, by default. Methods are no
  longer special in this regard.
  * The presence of a default argument no longer implies an argument
  label.

The actual changes to the parser and printer are fairly simple; the
rest of the noise is updating the standard library, overlays, tests,
etc.

With the standard library, this change is intended to be API neutral:
I've added/removed #'s and _'s as appropriate to keep the user
interface the same. If we want to separately consider using argument
labels for more free functions now that the defaults in the language
have shifted, we can tackle that separately.
