b67d5f0cf7 test: convert rm -rf && mkdir -p into %empty-directory
This converts the instances of the pattern for which we have a proper
substitution in lit. This will make it easier to replace it
appropriately with Windows equivalents.

368e25ec05 [sourcekit] Fix tests that depend on accepting frontend arguments
These tests were relying on sourcekitd parsing as frontend instead of
using the driver. Update them now to avoid churn when we fix command
line argument parsing in sourcekit.

The changes from clang-importer-sdk to clang-importer-sdk-nosource -I %t
are because clang-importer-sdk implies using -enable-source-import.
Rather than hack them up to use -Xfrontend, it is cleaner to just stop
using source import at all for these tests. Incidentally, this improved
fidelity in a few places. When using the generated swift modules we
also need to pass a target triple to sourcekit, which exposed some tests
that had mac-specific data. This is a systemic issue for sourcekit
tests, but for now just make those few specific tests that we had
problems with run only on mac.

f442dd93bd CompilerInvocation: If no optimization flag is set default to Onone
I noticed in a follow-up patch that if you just swiftc without passing Onone
these flags are not set and sometimes happen to default to right thing ... or
not; as can be seen by the test cases modified. For example, at Onone we are
supposed to include an extra swift module "SwiftOnoneSupport".

2d84981fc2 Improve the mangling of typealiases.
- Allow them to use substitutions.
- Consistently use 'a' as a mangling operator.
- For generic typealiases, include the alias as context for any generic
  parameters.

Typealiases don't show up in symbol names, which always refer to
canonical types, but they are mangled for debug info and for USRs
(unique identifiers used by SourceKit), so it's good to get this
right.

7c73ba5fe3 If a function has an error type, mangle it as '(Error) -> Error'.
This lets the mangling preserve the invariant that functions always
structurally have function types. Error types don't show up in mangled
names often anyway, but it can occur when you ask for the USR of a
function with an invalid type.

9a3f0fc527 Sema: Fix for SourceKit crash in inheritsSuperclassInitializers()
Two problems:

1) We were tearing down the type checker too early, before all
relevant decls in other files had been type checked, so there
was no LazyResolver available for use in the ASTContext.

This might explain the crashes coming through
   diagnoseUnintendedObjCMethodOverrides().

2) When a lazy resolver was set in the ASTContext, we were not
using it in the case where nullptr was passed in as the
   'resolver' parameter to inheritsSuperclassInitializers().

This might fix the crashes where we were coming in from other
code paths, but I'm less confident about this case.

Possibly fixes <rdar://problem/29043074>, <rdar://problem/30976765>,
<rdar://problem/31122590>, and <rdar://problem/31286627>, and the
many other similar-looking dupes.

a04a29af4f mangling: efficient mangling of repeated substitutions
Instead of appending a character for each substitution, we now prefix the substitution with the repeat count, e.g.
AbbbbB -> A5B

The same is done for known-type substitutions, e.g.
SiSiSi -> S3i

This significantly shrinks mangled names which contain large lists of the same type, like
func foo(_ x: (Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int, Int))

0bc802e7ad SourceKit: Fix indexing crash with protocol typealiases
The root cause is that NormalProtocolConformance::forEachValueWitness()
needs to skip protocol members that are not requirements.

Otherwise we end up passing such a non-requirement member down to
NormalProtocolConformance::getWitness() and hit an assert when we
cannot find it.

It looks like this code path was only ever hit from SourceKit.
The fix moves TypeChecker::isRequirement() to a method on ValueDecl,
and calls it in the right places.

Fixes <https://bugs.swift.org/browse/SR-3815>.

780b857a7f [index] Fix assertion failure when indexing func import
We were implicitly assuming that a function reference could only happen
in an expression, ignoring the case of
        import func Module.fooFunc

For now, this doesn't actually add the reference to the index because
initCallRefIndexSymbol doesn't allow references without a parent
expression. We can look at adding the reference, or maybe doing
something special to the import itself separately.

80f0852504 [SE-0091] Allow 'static' operators to be declared within types and extensions thereof.
Allow 'static' (or, in classes, final 'class') operators to be
declared within types and extensions thereof. Within protocols,
require operators to be marked 'static'. Use a warning with a Fix-It
to stage this in, so we don't break the world's code.

Protocol conformance checking already seems to work, so add some tests
for that. Update a pile of tests and the standard library to include
the required 'static' keywords.

There is an amusing name-mangling change here. Global operators were
getting marked as 'static' (for silly reasons), so their mangled names
had the 'Z' modifier for static methods, even though this doesn't make
sense. Now, operators within types and extensions need to be 'static'
as written.

29af9f889a Fix ObjC-interop logic in the isTestCandidate indexing method
A compile-time conditional had previously been introduced to prevent
`private` test methods from being considered test candidates. This
conditional was not working as intended, however, because the header
providing the required preprocessor flag was not being included.

Several number of issues with the non-Objc-interop test case have also
been fixed.

98e3ca8bc4 Annotate some SourceKit tests that fail on Linux.
* A bunch of them require objc_interop because they import code containing
  Objective-C.
* Many others fail on Ubuntu 14.04 because the C++ there doesn't have a
functional std::regex implementation which is required by the
  `complete-test` tool.

It may be possible to adjust some of these tests in the future to not
need these extra requirements, but this is a straightforward way to
clean up Linux test results for now.
