cb4e11b53e [stdlib] Use add_swift_library to build section_magic
Add_library doesn't build per-target variants of the library, but
add_swift_library does. Also changed to install as part of stdlib, since it's
needed even if you aren't building the compiler.

14a3ab61cb Use dynamic runtime instrumentation for dtrace instead of static instrumentation.
When I originally added this I did not understand how dtrace worked well enough.
Turns out we do not need any of this runtime instrumentation and we can just
dynamically instrument the calls.

This commit rips out the all of the static calls and replaces the old
runtime_statistics dtrace file with a new one that does the dynamic
instrumentation for you. To do this one does the following:

sudo dtrace -s ./swift/utils/runtime_statistics.d -c "$CMD"

The statistics are currently focused around dynamic retain/release counts.

9d366f78b6 Build libswiftStdlibStubs.a with the same warnings about global ctors/dtors as the runtime.
We don't want unnecessary static constructors or destructors to leak into the stdlib or runtime. Add -Wexit-time-destructors to both targets too.

a230ab2bfb Move GlobalObjects.cpp to SwiftStubs.
It holds the empty array object used by the array implementation, and isn't needed by the core runtime.

c6b6d346bd Move the SwiftNativeNSXXXBase classes and stubs to SwiftStubs.
Move the ObjC internal declarations to a public runtime header so they can be shared, and rename _swift_deallocClassInstance to the more descriptive name swift_rootObjCDealloc (and make it only available with ObjC interop).

69a206229d Runtime: Start splitting out stubs only needed by the standard library.
Set up a separate libSwiftStubs.a archive for C++ stub functionality that's needed by the standard library but not part of the core runtime interface. Seed it with the Stubs.cpp and LibcShims.cpp files, which consist only of stubs, though a few stubs are still strewn across the runtime code base.

eb3d5e4d4a Revert "stdlib: Move the darwin String implementation over to use the ICU library."
Revert "Add test cases to exercise the native String vs cocoa buffer String path."
Revert "stdlib: Add back a test I removed"
Revert "stdlib: Fix hasPrefix,hasSuffix tests"
Revert "stdlib: Add documentation for the cached ascii collation tables"

This reverts commit 31493, 31492, 31491, 31490, 31489.

There are linking errors in SwiftExternalProjects (we probably have to link
against libicucore somewhere).

502f1e3de1 stdlib: Move the darwin String implementation over to use the ICU library.
Reapply of 31474 with a fix in _compareCocoaBuffer to use the bufferSizeRhs
variable instead of bufferSizeLhs for the right hand side buffer.

We no longer create intermediate NSString copies to compare and hash swift
Strings. Instead we call directly into the ICU library.

I measured a 1.2 to 2x improvement on dictionary benchmarks as a result of this.
The SuperChars benchmark is also about 1.2x faster because of this.

Pure ASCII comparison has gotten a little bit slower (20% on a pure comparison
micro-benchmark) because we no longer do a memcmp. Doing a memcmp on ASCII is
not the same as the default unicode collation. Instead we have to a string scan.
The default unicode collation does not order like ASCII does and ignores
characters (for example the \0 character).

9e4d52c9cb Reinstate watchOS and other SDK overlays to build against the public SDKs.
Un-revert the below commits with the following addition:
add declarations for posix_spawn related APIs to SwiftPrivateDarwinExtras.
posix_spawn-related APIs aren't available in the public SDKs, so force past
the availability by creating our own stubs in the internal DarwinExtras
library.

CMake: build all platforms except watchOS using the public SDK

Covers rdar://problem/21145996.
A step towards rdar://problem/21099318.

Switch SDK overlays to use the public SDK

I had to cut the dependency on CrashReporterClient.h and reimplement
some of that code inline in the Swift runtime. This shoud be OK (even
though not very clean), since the layout of CrashReporter sections is
ABI.

2bf783dfe8 Runtime: Generate a mangled name as the ObjC runtime name of generic class instances.
Our hack to generate a unique name by appending the class pointer doesn't produce a stable class name that can persist in NSKeyedArchiver, or eventually be used as a key for dynamic runtime instantiation. Generate a proper mangled name for the class instance by building a demangling AST from the metadata nodes and feeding it into the remangler. Should fix rdar://problem/18884563, though I need to try using an archiver with a generic class to verify.

9b4dc24721 Runtime: (Almost) cleanse of global constructors and destructors.
Configure the runtime to build with -Wglobal-constructors, and Lazy-fy almost everything that gets flagged. (I gave "swift_isaMask" a pass since that's almost definitely hot enough to warrant a static initialization.) Make some improvements to the Lazy wrapper, using aligned_storage to ensure that it's trivially constructed and destructed.

784a05faf2 [cmake] Replace a bunch of OSX checks with Darwin checks
These should all apply to any Darwin platform, and the current behaviour
was breaking cross-compilation.

Introduces a SWIFT_DARWIN_VARIANTS pattern, to be used as follows:
    if(SWIFT_HOST_VARIANT MATCHES "${SWIFT_DARWIN_VARIANTS}")

Also fix one place where I checked the CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME instead of the
host variant that I recently introduced. I haven't attempted to find
the rest of the places we're doing this though.

89d1d924bd CMake: unbreak the build on Linux after stdlib reorganization
