25985cb764 [Mangling] Uniformly use "So" for imported decls.
...and repurpose "SC" for (C)lang-importer-synthesized decls, instead
of just decls that are C-like instead of ObjC-like. (See next commits.)

39fa2f0228 Use the swift calling convention for swift functions
Use the generic type lowering algorithm described in
"docs/CallingConvention.rst#physical-lowering" to map from IRGen's explosion
type to the type expected by the ABI.

Change IRGen to use the swift calling convention (swiftcc) for native swift
functions.

Use the 'swiftself' attribute on self parameters and for closures contexts.

Use the 'swifterror' parameter for swift error parameters.

Change functions in the runtime that are called as native swift functions to use
the swift calling convention.

56d55dec2b [swift-runtime] Rename rt_swift_* to swift_rt_*. NFC
Swift uses rt_swift_* functions to call the Swift runtime without using dyld's stubs. These functions are renamed to swift_rt_* to reduce namespace pollution.

34fb15e375 Abstract the object type of an optional type according to the
abstraction pattern of the type rather than always using the
most-general pattern, and erase ImplicitlyUnwrappedOptional from
the SIL type system.

56e2e1327a Targeted fix for pulling in Hashable conformance for Set and Dictionary when a nil literal is bridged
When bridging values via the ObjectiveCBridgeable protocol,
SILGen has to look up conformances directly, behind the
type checker's back.

To make sure the ObjectiveCBridgeable conformance is forced,
Sema calls useObjectiveCBridgeableConformances() in the right
places.

However, another conformance we may also need when bridging
is the Hashable conformance for a Set or Dictionary's key type.

Make sure we force these too, because otherwise when bridging
a nil literal nothing needs them in Sema.

Fixes <rdar://problem/27470505>.

f6723c325a AST/SILGen: Consider bridgeable value types to be bridgeable when bound to generic parameters.
We were failing to bridge Array<T> parameters in the signatures of Objective-C generics when their NSArray<T> * type in ObjC depended on generic parameters. This partially fixes rdar://problem/26371959, though IRGen still needs a fix to get us all the way through (which @rjmccall is working on).

(@DougGregor did all the work here, I'm just testing and committing.)

0ff0f3c5b9 Sema: Generic classes and subclasses of generic classes now inherit required initializers
Initializers are inherited by synthesizing an implicit decl which
delegates to super.init(). Previously this was only done if the
class and superclass were concrete.

The only thing missing was that we weren't computing an interface
type for the synthesized constructor. There are two steps to this:

- First, we must map the contextual types of the superclass
  initializer's ParamDecls to the subclass generic context.

- Second, we must set the interface type by calling the new
  configureInterfaceType() method, extracted from from
  validateGenericSignature().

Note that configureInterfaceType() now uses the new
AbstractFunctionDecl::hasThrows() flag to set the 'throws' bit on
the function type. Previously, validateGenericFuncSignature()
would look at getThrowsLoc().isValid(), which is not correct for
imported, implicitly-generated or de-serialized decls that 'throw',
because none of those have source location information.

We still don't allow inheriting initializers which have their
own generic parameter list, like 'init<T>(t: T) {...}'. That
requires a little bit more refactoring.

Progress on <rdar://problem/23376955>.

9c5564f808 Allow subclasses of specific instantiations of ObjC generic classes.
If a subclass grounds all the type parameters from its base class, we don't have to worry about any erasure edge cases. We should be able to support this, giving existing code that subclasses the nongeneric form of the class a migration path. Spot-fix some places in IRGen where we assume we can't emit static references to ObjC generic classes or metaclasses.
