Dmitri Hrybenko	3b04d1b013	tests: reorganize tests so that they actually use the target platform ... Most tests were using %swift or similar substitutions, which did not include the target triple and SDK. The driver was defaulting to the host OS. Jordan Rose	9d2e2cb4bc	Don't treat missing imports as an error when -debugger-support is on. ... For now, also check that -playground is off; once <rdar://problem/18090611> is in we can drop this check and treat them as mostly orthogonal options.
