Argyrios Kyrtzidis	ca906d1e99	Add '-Fsystem' framework search option to indicate path for frameworks that should be treated as 'system' ... This has the effect of propagating the search path to the clang importer as '-iframework'. Michael Gottesman	8c0b29a895	Add a new tool called SILLLVMGen that performs IRGen on a sil or sib file without adding any additional complexity. ... I am going to use this in bug reducer for debugging runtime crashes.
