The CRTP base `PassInfoMixin<DerivedT>` was moved into namespace
`llvm::detail` and is no longer a public API. The two public mix-ins
that replace it are `llvm::RequiredPassInfoMixin` and
`llvm::OptionalPassInfoMixin`. The old `llvm::PassInfoMixin` defined
`static bool isRequired() { return false; }`, so its exact behavioural
equivalent is `OptionalPassInfoMixin`.
