Chris Lattner 01f3e81aa5 Work on VarDecl: ...

- Rename getParentPattern() -> getParentPatternBinding(), since
   it returns the pattern binding, not the pattern.
 - Introduce new getParentPattern()/getParentInitializer() methods,
   covering the most common uses of getParentPatternBinding().
