- Add VariableTypeCollector
  This new SourceEntityWalker collects types from variable declarations.

- Fix typo
- Implement ranged CollectVariableTypes requests
- Use offset/length params for CollectVariableType in sourcekitd-test

  This turned out not to be needed (for now).
