Joe Pamer 6a75d3d675 Now that the most problematic user conversions have been removed from the runtime (thanks, Doug!), we can remove the operator-specific user conversion handling code matchCallArguments. Doing so cleans things up a bit, and addresses rdar://problem/17540796, rdar://problem/17012694 and rdar://problem/16958107.
