Joe Pamer 83d01d30a4 Allow for bridge conversions for conversions to CVarArgType, as opposed to only other bridge types. (rdar://problem/17687255) 
The idea here is that for the bridge type, we'll up-convert to NSObject, which conforms to CVarArgType.
