Move FormatContext & FormatWalker into new file.
Move CodeFormatOptions out of SwiftEditorDocument.
Move functions getTrimmedLineOffset & getLineOffset
out of SwiftEditor Document.
Rename Offset of Line functions
Declaring that the get the offset of some line index is more clear.
