Hamish Knight 611fd33f58 Update regex literal delimiters ...

Update the lexing code for the replacement of the
`'/.../'` and `'|...|'` delimiters with `#/.../#`
and `#|...|#` respectively, in addition to
allowing the `re'...'` delimiter.
