Slava Pestov c14a4be04b SILOptimizer: Don't attempt closure specialization if the callee uses dynamic Self 
Currently, closure specialization inserts arguments after the 'self'
parameter, which breaks dynamic Self.

Fixes <rdar://problem/31725007>.
