Hamish Knight fce1cb54d5 [AST] Merge BridgedDiagnosticEngine + BridgedDiagEngine
Introduce a macro that can stamp out wrapper
classes for underlying C++ pointers, and use
it to define BridgedDiagnosticEngine in
ASTBridging. Then, migrate users of
BridgedDiagEngine onto it.
