Yassine Guedidi d7cc726291 Update doc repository references for monorepo location

Now that the documentation lives inside wallabag/wallabag under doc/,
update the editURL base in hugo.yaml, the contributor guide in
documentation.md (also replacing the outdated GitBook reference with
the current Hugo/Hextra toolchain), and the doc repo pointer in
translate.md.
