f296d8e158 NCGenerics: mass XFAIL tests
It's easier to get a handle on regressions while working through
failures if the tests that are known to not pass are XFAIL'd for
NoncopyableGenerics.

8cd2f34654 Generalize tests for both diagnostic styles, or force the LLVM style
These tests are using FileCheck to check the result of diagnostic
formatting in ways that don't match the new formatter. Force the old
formatter or, where possible, generalize so that they match both
formatters.

be6393b7ca Use any Error for caught error type of an exhaustive, non-throwing do..catch
Prior to the introduction of typed throws, a `do..catch` always had a caught
error type of `any Error`, even if there were no throwing sites within
the `do` body. With typed throws, such a `do..catch` would have a
caught error type of `Never`, because it never throws. Unfortunately,
this causes code like the following to produce an error, because
`Never` cannot be pattern-matched to `HomeworkError.forgot`:

    func test() {
      do {
        try nonthrowing()
      } catch HomeworkError.forgot {
      } catch {
      }
    }

For source-compatibility reasons, adjust the caught error type to
`any Error` in this case, so we continue to accept the code above.
Don't do this adjustment under `FullTypedThrows`, because it's only
there for compatibility.

695e69e09e [CodeComplete] Suggest single argument labels if code completion is invoked at start of function call with exiting parameters
This removes the distinction between argument completions and postfix expr paren completions, which was meaningless since solver-based completion.

It then determines whether to suggest the entire function call pattern (with all argument labels) or only a single argument based on whether there are any existing arguments in the call.

For this to work properly, we need to improve parser recovery a little bit so that it parsers arguments after the code completion token properly.

This should make call pattern heuristics obsolete.

ea836389f7 Suppress warnings about Never error types in catch clauses
Enabling typed throws has introduced some spurious warnings about error
values of `Never` type on top of the custom "unreachable" diagnostics
for catch clauses, so suppress the new warnings---they aren't helpful.

63b3e7624d [NCGenerics] fold InverseType into PCT
We already need to track the inverses separate from the members in a
ProtocolCompositionType, since inverses aren't real types. Thus, the
only purpose being served by InverseType is to be eliminated by
RequirementLowering when it appears in a conformance requirement.

Instead, we introduce separate type InverseRequirement just to keep
track of which inverses we encounter to facilitate cancelling-out
defaults and ensuring that the inverses are respected after running
the RequirementMachine.
