When performing code completion at the end of a file, the IDE inspection target would point to the null byte terminating the end of the string. That would cause us to consider this null byte as a code completion marker. When continuing to scan for the actual EOF, we would walk past the end of the buffer.
Simply don’t consider the last null byte as a candidate for the code completion marker to fix the problem.
Parse compound and special names in the macro role attributes
(`@freestanding` and `@attached`). This allows both compound names and
initializers, e.g., `init(coding:)`.

But disable roundtrip/validation testing. So that macro expansions are
correctly performed in code completion, but avoid an assertion failure
caused by existence of null character in the source buffer.

The revert is required as foreign reference types are available for SwiftStdlib 5.8 and above, but the Swift compiler
sources back deploy to older stdlibs as well.

This currently yields dramatic scanning performance improvements at no cost - we do not require an AST during scan.
We were enabling the `$Macros` feature unconditionally, even when the
compiler itself doesn't support macros (because it's missing
swift-syntax). Change this to only enable the feature when the
compiler supports it.
SE-0382 allows macro parameters to have default arguments. Enable these
default arguments, with the normal type checking rules. One
significant quirk to this implementation is that the actual default
argument values don't make it to the macro implementation. This is a
previously-unconsidered design problem we'll need to address.

I want to reserve Feature::MoveOnly only for move-only types and other
things that are part of SE-390. Other prototyped features like
noimplicitcopy and some older names for consume were left behind
as guarded by this Feature. That's really not the right way to do it,
as people will expect that the feature is enabled all the time, which
would put those unofficial features into on-by-default. So this change
introduces two new Features to guard those unofficial features.
Instead of assuming that `if let <expr>` is meant
to be `if case <expr> = ...`, turn it into
`if let _ = <expr>`, which is consistent with
the fix-it we suggest.
This currently doesn't have much of an effect on
the diagnostics we produce, but will be important
once we start doing bidirectional inference for
ExprPatterns, as it avoids unhelpful diagnostics.
The MSVC 2019 14.29 toolset seems to not properly handle the member variable reference in this case. Workaround this by explicitly using the `this` identifier to indicate that we would like to access the member variable. This is repaired in newer toolsets, however, the CI is currently using the older toolset.
Cursor info only cares about the `doneParsing` callback and not about all the `complete` functions that are now defined in `CodeCompletionCallbacks`. To make the design clearer, split `IDEInspectionCallbacks`.

Specifically:
1. Fix the error message so that when we say you can't have a deinit that a
deinit can be on a noncopyable type along side a class or an actor.
2. Even though we already error on @objc enums and say they cannot be
noncopyable, we did not emit an error on the deinit saying that @objc enums
cannot have a deinit. I put in a nice to have error just to make it even
clearer.

For future usage from other host libraries written in Swift
For CMake:
* Explicitly specify LINKER_LANGAGE to CXX in existing components so
that 'swiftc' is not used when linking with 'swiftASTGen'
* Add 'EMIT_MODULE' argument to 'add_pure_swift_host_library' to emit
.swiftmodule usable from other Swift libraries.
This replaces `synthesizeTildeEqualsOperatorApplication`,
and synthesizes the match expression and var
on-demand.
Additionally, it pushes the lookup logic into
pre-checking.
Allow freestanding macros to be used at top-level.
- Parse top-level `#…` as `MacroExpansionDecl` when we are not in scripting mode.
- Add macro expansion decls to the source lookup cache with name-driven lazy expansion. Not supporting arbitrary name yet.
- Experimental support for script mode and brace-level declaration macro expansions: When type-checking a `MacroExpansionExpr`, assign it a substitute `MacroExpansionDecl` if the macro reference resolves to a declaration macro. This doesn’t work quite fully yet and will be enabled in a future fix.
In my earlier commit that attempted to do this I wasn't aggressive enough. In
this commit, I was more aggressive in putting it behind a flag and as a result
we reject all of the patterns in the tests I added into tree.
Rather than editing the macro buffer in refactoring, add appropriate
padding and braces when creating the macro.
Don't edit the insertion location - we should update this in a later PR
as well.
