3791ccb6e6 [cxx-interop] Allow AppKit & UIKit to be rebuilt with C++ interop enabled
This removes a workaround from the module interface loader, which was forcing AppKit and UIKit to be rebuilt from their textual interfaces with C++ interop disabled, even if the current compilation explicitly enables it.

The workaround was previously put in place because of a compiler error:
```
error: type 'AttributeScopes.AppKitAttributes.StrikethroughStyleAttribute' does not conform to protocol 'AttributedStringKey'
note: possibly intended match 'AttributeScopes.AppKitAttributes.StrikethroughStyleAttribute.Value' (aka 'NSUnderlineStyle') does not conform to 'Hashable'
```

`NSUnderlineStyle` is a C/C++ type from AppKit that is declared using `NS_OPTIONS` macro. `NS_OPTIONS`/`CF_OPTIONS` macros have different expansions in C vs C++ language modes. The C++ expansions weren't handled correctly by ClangImporter, resulting in two distinct Swift types being created: a `typealias NSUnderlineStyle` which was marked as unavailable in Swift, and `enum NSUnderlineStyle`. This mostly worked fine, since the lookup logic was picking the enum during regular name lookup. However, this silently broke down when rebuilding the explicit conformance from `AppKit.swiftinterface`:
```
extension AppKit.NSUnderlineStyle : Swift.Hashable {}
```
Swift was picking the (unavailable) typealias when rebuilding this extension, which means the (available) enum wasn't getting the conformance.

This is verified by an existing test (`test/Interop/Cxx/objc-correctness/appkit-uikit.swift`).

d1f1b4c86b [CoroutineAccessors] Use swiftcorocc if available.
When it's available, use an open-coded allocator function that returns
an alloca without popping if the allocator is nullptr and otherwise
calls swift_coro_alloc. When it's not available, use the malloc
allocator in the synchronous context.

270ddf6bf4 [IRGen] Emit a pointer from nominal type descriptor to concrete metadata.
This allows external tools to locate the metadata pointer without needing to call the accessor function.

This is only useful for non-generic types, so we borrow the HasCanonicalMetadataPrespecializations flag to indicate the presence of this pointer on non-generic types, and it continues to indicate the presence of prespecializations for generic types.

Only emit this pointer for internal/private types with no runtime initialization. Public type metadata can be found with the symbol, and it's not useful for types that require runtime initialization.

Introduce the `-strict-memory-safety` flag detailed in the proposal to

0613fca744 [Caching] Fix a bug when emitting diagnostics from nested macros
Fix a bug when emitting cached diagnostics from nested macros. When
building a new source manager for cached diagnostics, there is a bug
when creating mapping between FileIDs between two different source
managers. If the newly created file in source manager requires another
file to be mapped, e.g. when emitting a diagnostic from nested macros,
the returning FileID can be updated by the second request before
returning. Fix the bug by making sure two different FileIDs are returned
in this case.

719edaf7e2 [BridgingHeader] Fix auto-chaining when only dependency has bridging header
When enable bridging header auto chaining, it is possible for the
compilation to have a PCH file input for the bridging header from a
binary swift module dependency. In this case, we should not report a
bridging header for current module as bridging header can be leaking out
through swiftinterface file.

To fully distinguish the PCH files passed in through different
situation, here are the situations:
* If no chaining is used, only `-import-objc-header` option is used and
  it can be used to pass either a header file or a PCH file depending if
  GeneratePCH job is requested or not.
* If chaining is enabled, `-import-objc-header` is only used to pass the
  header file and `-import-pch` is used to pass PCH file. Chaining mode
  requires PCH generation if bridging header is used.

0466d5c0ca Handle diagnostic verifier locations concretely
This commit makes a number of adjustments to how the diagnostic verifier handles source buffers and source locations. Specifically:

• Files named by `-verify-additional-file` are read as late as possible so that if some other component of the compiler has already loaded the file, even in some exotic way (e.g. ClangImporter’s source buffer mirroring), it will use the same buffer.
• Expectation source locations now ignore virtual files and other trickery; they are based on the source buffer and physical location in the file.

Hopefully this will make `-verify-additional-file` work better on Windows. As an unintended side effect, it also changes how expectations work in tests that use `#sourceLocation()`.

9d59044bb1 [BrdigingHeader] Auto bridging header chaining
Add ability to automatically chaining the bridging headers discovered from all
dependencies module when doing swift caching build. This will eliminate all
implicit bridging header imports from the build and make the bridging header
importing behavior much more reliable, while keep the compatibility at maximum.

For example, if the current module A depends on module B and C, and both B and
C are binary modules that uses bridging header, when building module A,
dependency scanner will construct a new header that chains three bridging
headers together with the option to build a PCH from it. This will make all
importing errors more obvious while improving the performance.
