4c3a009c2b SILGen: Remove triplesAreValidForZippering() assert.
This assert was correctly catching the fact that `-target-variant` is not being
normalized at the same time as `-target` when building arm64e modules from
swiftinterface. That should be fixed, but at the moment it isn't causing any
concrete harm and the assertion fails when building against the SDKs included
with the latest Xcode 16 betas.

Resolves rdar://133020098.

dc56f8e110 [SILGen] emit local variable scopes for trivial values.
Required for SIL analysis of local variable scopes. For example, to track
lifetime dependence on a variable.

Example:

.swift:

    func foo(i: Int) {
      let v = i

.sil:

    %1 = move_value [var_decl] %0 : $Int // starts the variable scope
    extend_lifetime %1 : $Int            // ends the variable scope

Rewrite getValueForLexicalLifetimeBinding. The previous implementation was
incomprehensible to me. This will potentially change functionality by removing
previous corner cases that look like nonsense to me.

Adds an unfortunate FIXME to allow migration without affecting fake metatype
locals produced by function conversion!

1d961ba22d Add #include "swift/Basic/Assertions.h" to a lot of source files
Although I don't plan to bring over new assertions wholesale
into the current qualification branch, it's entirely possible
that various minor changes in main will use the new assertions;
having this basic support in the release branch will simplify that.
(This is why I'm adding the includes as a separate pass from
rewriting the individual assertions)

107475b224 SILType: Avoid asking ASTType if it is Noncopyable

f1142d5da4 [nfc] rename or eliminate isPureMoveOnly APIs
I think from SIL's perspective, it should only worry about whether the
type is move-only. That includes MoveOnlyWrapped SILTypes and regular
types that cannot be copied.

Most of the code querying `SILType::isPureMoveOnly` is in SILGen, where
it's very likely that the original AST type is sitting around already.
In such cases, I think it's fine to ask the AST type if it is
noncopyable. The clarity of only asking the ASTType if it's noncopyable
is beneficial, I think.

37d60a08bb [move-only] Rename mark_must_check -> mark_unresolved_non_copyable_value.
I was originally hoping to reuse mark_must_check for multiple types of checkers.
In practice, this is not what happened... so giving it a name specifically to do
with non copyable types makes more sense and makes the code clearer.

Just a pure rename.

f3ff561c6f [NFC] add llvm namespace to Optional and None
This is phase-1 of switching from llvm::Optional to std::optional in the
next rebranch. llvm::Optional was removed from upstream LLVM, so we need
to migrate off rather soon. On Darwin, std::optional, and llvm::Optional
have the same layout, so we don't need to be as concerned about ABI
beyond the name mangling. `llvm::Optional` is only returned from one
function in
```
getStandardTypeSubst(StringRef TypeName,
                     bool allowConcurrencyManglings);
```
It's the return value, so it should not impact the mangling of the
function, and the layout is the same as `std::optional`, so it should be
mostly okay. This function doesn't appear to have users, and the ABI was
already broken 2 years ago for concurrency and no one seemed to notice
so this should be "okay".

I'm doing the migration incrementally so that folks working on main can
cherry-pick back to the release/5.9 branch. Once 5.9 is done and locked
away, then we can go through and finish the replacement. Since `None`
and `Optional` show up in contexts where they are not `llvm::None` and
`llvm::Optional`, I'm preparing the work now by going through and
removing the namespace unwrapping and making the `llvm` namespace
explicit. This should make it fairly mechanical to go through and
replace llvm::Optional with std::optional, and llvm::None with
std::nullopt. It's also a change that can be brought onto the
release/5.9 with minimal impact. This should be an NFC change.

3a97766bb3 Avoid emitting variable debug info for closure captures.
Variable debug info is triggered by pattern bindings, however, inside a closure
capture list, this should be avoided by setting the appropriate flag in the

5d9ab63dbb [move-only] When we emit a noncopyable temporary allocation, always attach a mark_must_check [consumable_and_assignable].
Most of the time SILGen already emits these correctly without having extra
copies, but in certain situations SILGen will emit copies that we need the move
checker to eliminate (e.x.: when we generate a yield). An additional benefit is
that this also will catch places where the frontend makes a mistake.

This also removes a bunch of "copy of noncopyable" types error that showed up in
the implicit compiler generated modify.
