305ac20716 Serialize and Deserialize Debug Scopes (#76934)
This patch adds support for serialization and deserialization of
debug scopes.

Debug scopes are serialized in post order and enablement is
controlled through the experimental-serialize-debug-info flag which
is turned off by default. Functions only referred to by these debug
scopes are deserialized as zombie functions directly.

ba68faaed5 [test] Mark tests that use experimental/upcoming features as such
Find all the usages of `--enable-experimental-feature` or
`--enable-upcoming-feature` in the tests and replace some of the
`REQUIRES: asserts` to use `REQUIRES: swift-feature-Foo` instead, which
should correctly apply to depending on the asserts/noasserts mode of the
toolchain for each feature.

Remove some comments that talked about enabling asserts since they don't
apply anymore (but I might had miss some).

All this was done with an automated script, so some formatting weirdness
might happen, but I hope I fixed most of those.

There might be some tests that were `REQUIRES: asserts` that might run
in `noasserts` toolchains now. This will normally be because their
feature went from experimental to upcoming/base and the tests were not
updated.

9d090c8aab Serialization: Recover from errors under loadObjCMethods
The diagnostics about unintended override of Objective-C methods
deserializes more decls than strictly necessary. Any of these could
trigger a deserialization failure if they rely on missing dependencies.
Simply ignore methods failing to deserialize instead of crashing.

We could do better here as this logic may ignore methods that are actually
colliding. Instead we could put more information in the lookup table to
avoid the need for fully deserializing the decl.

9c44b79189 [SILGen] Fix the type of closure thunks that are passed const reference structs (#76903)
The thunk's parameter needs the @in_guaranteed convention if it's a
const reference parameter. However, that convention wasn't being used
because clang importer was removing the const reference from the
type and SILGen was computing the type of the parameter based on the
type without const reference.

This commit fixes the bug by passing the clang function type to
SILDeclRef so that it can be used to compute the correct thunk type.

This fixes a crash when a closure is passed to a C function taking a
pointer to a function that has a const reference struct parameter.

This recommits e074426 with fixes to
serialization/deserialization of function types. The fixes prevent clang
types of functions from being dropped during serialization.

In an explicit build LLDB needs to be able import the unmodified .pcms, so
having the exact same flags matters there, and there is no risk of a
recompilation failure, because nothing is recompiled.

e0541b0357 [Macro][Dependencies] Properly model macro dependencies in the scanner
Add function to handle all macro dependencies kinds in the scanner,
including taking care of the macro definitions in the module interface
for its client to use. The change involves:
  * Encode the macro definition inside the binary module
  * Resolve macro modules in the dependencies scanners, including those
    declared inside the dependency modules.
  * Propagate the macro defined from the direct dependencies to track
all the potentially available modules inside a module compilation.

a0088327d4 [concurrency] Represent a SILFunction without isolation as std::optional<ActorIsolation> instead of ActorIsolation::Unspecified.
The reason why is that we want to distinguish inbetween SILFunction's that are
marked as unspecified by SILGen and those that are parsed from textual SIL that
do not have any specified isolation. This will make it easier to write nice
FileCheck tests against SILGen output on what is the inferred isolation for
various items.

cd8d3adab0 Mimic old objcImpl behavior for early adopters
Before the update to support the new syntax, the decl checker treated private and fileprivate members of objcImpl extensions as non-@objc by default. But SE-0436 specified that private and fileprivate members should be implicitly @objc unless opted out, so when support for the final syntax was added, this behavior was changed retroactively.

Unfortunately, we’ve found that some early adopters depended on the old behavior. Restore some logic deleted by #73309 for early adopter syntax *only*, with a warning telling the developer to put `final` or `@nonobjc` on the declaration if they want to preserve the behavior after updating it.

Also tweaks the ObjCImplementationChecker to ensure this logic will actually be run in time for it to suppress the “upgrade to @objc @implementation” warning, and corrects a couple of regressions arising from that change.

Fixes rdar://135747897.

d04cfeb44d Serialization: Indicate application extension mode via XCC (#76285)
This fixes the debugger's ability to perform expression evaluation when debugging an
executable that was built with both under the following circumstances:

1. explicit module build
2. `-application-extension`

The fix is to include `-fapplication-extension` as an XCC field in the swiftmodule.
This primes the debugger's ClangImporter with the correct flag needed to load the
explicitly built pcm files generated at build time.
