## Summary

Add plugin that allows users to use their devices as pressure-sensitive drawing tablets.

4573742555 smsapp: Restore the last used device on start-up 
I usually have two Android devices connected to my computers: a
non-cellular tablet and my actually-SMS-capable phone. Due to some
sorting somewhere, my tablet is always the first one selected when
starting KDE Connect SMS and thus none of the messages I want to see are
shown.

So I made it so AppData (the data object holding among other things, the
currently used device) writes and loads the last used device into
KStateConfig. This works really well, except with one caveat: if the
device is no longer reachable or is otherwise invalid, the user has to
manually reselect a valid device. I think this is overall pretty minor,
as this is the rare case (no one is frequently creating invalid
devices.) Trying to work around this will be hard due to how the device
list is initialized in our app too.

82c805b7bb smsapp: Make messages in ConversationDisplay always stick to the bottom 
This commit mostly reverses the direction of the ListView used by ConversationDisplay to make it bottom-to-top. This matches the way most chat apps work today (e.g. Discord), by leaving an empty space at the top when there are not enough messages to fill the screen.

Testing it, it seems like a bunch of the custom logic for scrolling down when there are new messages and staying focused on the current message while loading new ones can now be transparently handled by the ListView, so this trims down the code quite a lot.

While re-working the message loading, I also switched it to use a constant threshold rather than a proportional one, which fixes cases where scrolling down could load older messages.

Overall, this makes the ConversationDisplay scrolling much smoother.
